Just 350 feet from Zamami Ferry Terminal, the completely non-smoking Cha Villa provides Western and Japanese rooms with free wired internet, an LCD TV and a kitchenette. Barbecue facilities and a cafe are on site.
Guests can experience futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor, or sleep in Western-style beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, with a fridge and electric kettle. The private bathroom has a bath and shower.

Review 1：The room was relatively small for 3 people, there was no breakfast buffet, however, some snacks were available for extra cost.
Review 2：The location of the hotel is very close to the port, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Review 3：My husband is 6ft 4". His feet hung off the bed. Covers not longenough for him. No room service for change of towels. Cafe was closedall but the last morning.

Review 9：Cha Villa is without any doubt the best place where to stay in Zamami. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well equipped and all of them have a terrace. When you enter the hotel, you can go through a small but nicely arranged garden, very pleasant especially by night when all lights give the place a cosy atmosphere. You can enjoy the breakfast cooked by the owner herself with some jazz music. The hotel is located 3 minutes by foot from the port. Important point for us as well was the washing machine. You can buy washing powder to the owner for only 50 Yen.

Review 12：Considering how small the town actually is there are plenty of other accommodations to choose from all within 5 mins walking distance to the pier. Compared to others this is overpriced for what you get. There is no cleaning service and no towel change at all during your stay, we stayed there for 3 days and they didn’t even empty the rubbish in the room. Wired internet could not be found anywhere in the room.

Review 14：the toilet is far too small even in Japanese standard, room is just okay but not too clean, it's quite weird to sleep next to the sink of the so call kitchen with the water boiler near your head. the only chair in the room is too big for it and the layout of having a big closet is not reasonable as the space cannot be use at all. We greed the male who is a boss in Japanese the other morning and turn out he said nothing to us. The female boss is nice to us.
Review 15：Warning!!! Price is ridicilous, feels like a scam! Its only a pension and charges 100 EUR per night without breakfast! Cofee was terrible and they charged us 5 EUR for it!

Review 19：The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are kind. It'seasy to walk to from the ferry port and for 800 yen extra you get a verynice breakfast. We would be very happy to stay there again.
