Review 1：The hotel was very noisy and you could hear everything from the other rooms. The room and common areas were not exactly clean and looking a bit shabby. Receptionist was not very helpful and, I must say, a bit grumpy.

Review 5：We were there two times, first was nice (also the receptionist we had then) although the price was to expensive due to summer vacation time and also charging extra for WLAN is not up to date anymore. What was anoying that we paid an extra for using te Safe and everything was fine upon checkout. But when we came again we had to pay again for the safe or we would not have been able to check in again. The person at the reception then was not willing to check the payment of the safe with the colleagues. Never experienced such a behavour before in any hotel! And then at check out - the receptionist know we wanted to leave after surfing, there was a renovation in the bathroom so we could not even take a shower then and also we needed a taxi for a certain time and she was not able to call it for then but called it immediately so we then were in a rush. Sorry to say, but the personell was partly uncompetent besides the fact it was too expensive. We were many times in Costa da Caparica, but we will avioid colibri. If you can, go to the Ever Hotel!

I'm Sales director in 4 stars hotel in Saint-Petersburg, and thats my not only personal but even professional oppinion! Another receptionists are good too! So, i had small but comfortable room. This is very important, that hotel management is really cares to save hotel as fresh and cozy! There was no any bad smell, or dirty etc. Breakfast is usual, but everything was fresh!
