Review 1：Wi-fi didn't work in our room, but we were forewarned by staff. Apparently something to do with location in building complex.
Review 2：Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms with good kitchen set-up. Free DVDs to watch on in-room player. Good pool. Ample parking.
Review 3：Bed was 2 singles pushed together. I complained after first night and was told by management "that is just the way our beds are". The next day when checking out I asked management to confirm that the only beds they had to offer were in fact 2 singles pushed together, I was told "we do have queen beds,just not in our ocean view apartments". So if I paid $300 less for my accommodation we could have had a comfortable bed. This trip was planned to celebrate my 45th birthday, two single beds perhaps more suited for my 75th birthday.

Review 7：The manager was great and very helpful, the location was great and we had everything that we could have needed.
Review 8：Lovely staff who were happy to go that extra mile. Although the exterior is looking a little tired, the rooms were clean, comfortable and quite nice. Grade a customer service. Happy to stay again.

Air con filters so clogged we couldn't get warm til we figured out the problem on day three and removed the and washed them. Then we got cozy. Four cow hangers? Come on! No coffee plunger or teapot. Some people do like more than a cup of instant coffee. Staff very obliging

Review 21：Would have liked an upstairs room, but on Booking.com there were none available, so had to have an inferior ground level room. yet there appeared to be several unused upstairs rooms during our stay, oyster festival notwithstanding. Wifi not working during our stay.

Review 23：The heating didn't heat the apartment so it was very chilly and no electric blanket. The bathroom was very cramped in the toilet facilities. The bed was two singles put together so had a ridge in the middle, very uncomfortable. There was a price list for extra tea bags etc which I have never seen before and hope never to see again. It was difficult to access with our luggage. Many steps to the car park.

Review 27：The king size bed was very uncomfortable and we had difficulty sleeping. It was probably the worst on any trip we have been on. Access up the stairs to the apartment was difficult, especially with luggage. There is no lift. Room service was minimal.

Review 34：I was disappointed that there were pepper and salt shakers but unfortunately were empty. The only other nit pick was that the electric jug needed updating. The only things that didn't come up to luxury.

Review 41：The property claims to be 'luxury' and '4 star'. The reality is a tired, aging apartment complex that does not live up to the sales pitch. Not good value for money. A big disappointment.

I like the apartment, I was worried about booking as it was very near the high way but we didn't hear any noise at all.. the apartment was very clean and laid out well, very spacious and a good view of the beach.. the only thing I was disappointed with is that wasn't within walking distance to the beach.

Review 58：Good location, albeit at the top of a hill so can mean an uphill walk returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing etc. Great facilities - two TVs, dishwasher, plenty of crockery, pots/pans etc. Staff helpful and friendly.
Review 59：sack the cleaners the place was not clean stove top filthy with a few cleaning products & I would have done it myself. To wipe things down in kitchen I had to use a face washer. Even stairs & around door common area very unkept The bins were very far away & even directions given were wrong
Review 60：The wi fi system was not available. Some sort of dispute with the supplier? Be aware that some of the flats have permanent occupiers and that there are families with children living / staying there. Some noise from skateboarding. We would not have booked knowing lots of children were present. But we had no problems with our neighbours.

Review 62：Our second stay at these apartments. Love having some space so this apartment is so much better than the motels closeby. The position is great- only metres from shops, cafes and pubs.

Review 93：Wasn't far from a supermarket, the beach, the town, golf club. I was without a car so I appreciated the location more than most. Everything you could want was in the apt. I loved the ocean view. The managers were incredibly helpful and approachable. I will definitely recommend and return.
Review 94：I advised the management of the need to put a curtain over the bedroom window blind as the security light on the stairs outside the window (Room 8) shines in all night; also advised that the air conditioner may need a service - it didn't provide necessary heat (it was down to 2 degrees overnight)

Review 96：The carpets in the lounge room could do with a good steam clean. Also, we woke in the morning to find that there was no kettle in the unit. The staff remedied this promptly though when it was reported. It would have been good to have electric blankets on the bed as it was quite chilly at night and the doona and blanket weren't really adequate.
