Review 1：One of the female bar staff seemed annoyed with her job and the fact that my friend was attempting spanish after a few beverages. By the end of it she was rolling her eyes. As we checked out at 5:30 AM with a cab waiting outside, we were presented with charges on our room that had already been paid. Obviously the breakfast staff had not registered our bills or had forgotten to record that we had paid....It was extremely frustrating as we were never given receipts though were not forced to pay- just to sign that we had paid. We made sure to clear all bills ( we had a massage at the hotel) the night before and had even left healthy tips for breakfast staff. We have not yet seen that they have charged our credit cards but will be fighting it if they do.

Review 2：The location was a few streets away from the center Zocalo. The food was exceptional, and they tried to meet all needs of travelers, with authentic Mexican in addition to egg whites, eggs benedict etc...The outdoor spaces (of which there were many) were enchanting with plants and lighting and a rooftop with exceptional views. The morning breakfast waiters were kind and patient. The front desk staff was helpful with all sorts of needs like cabs, directions, etc.

Review 3：Room was quite dark, lighting could be better. Reception staff could not provide accurate information about how long it takes to get to bus station - otherwise were very friendly and helpful.

Review 20：Because of the thickness of the walls the wifi internet didn't work that well in our room. However we called and they brought an internet cable in about 5 seconds so it was no big deal.
