Review 1：Managers need to be more friendly and patio needs to be cut back and water blasted with new clean outdoor furnature.

Review 7：I came with a colleague on Sunday night for a meeting the following day. Everything was fine. Easy internet access and TV programmes. Walked down the road for a takeaway curry that night. Slept well with the comforts of home.

Review 15：Upon arrival we were upgraded to a newly re-furbished unit at no extra cost and advised of the amenities available at the motel. The owners were very helpful in advising local restaurants and their locations. Overall a great start to our holiday. The motel unit was clean, tidy & very comfortable with our own outside courtyard.

Review 16：We really appreciated the friendly owners and the great advice they provided about area attractions. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Everything was spacious and comfortable. A very short drive to Napier where we spent most of our time although areas around Hastings also offered a lot to do. This entire area is really full of opportunities and interesting things to do. The motel also had a good laundry area where we were able to get caught up w/clean clothes.

Review 17：The Internet, although it was free I could not connect to it. Some switches were in places that were not expected. Perhaps when people arrive this could be highlighted to them.

Review 20：Was advertised as having a Spa bath, selected the motel based on that fact, there was a Spa bath, yes, but it was just a bath as the Spa aspect part did not work, so after a very drive & expecting to relax with the bubbles easing the muscles it was not to be
