Review 7：All rooms are smokers rooms, but some rooms are smelling better than the other ones. There is a noisy cafe around the corner (which closes around midnight). And the bathrooms can use a 'update'.

The location of the hotel is great, staff is friendly.Room for Luggage no, but we were allowed to leave bags after check-out.Quite hearty Breakfast for this category of hotel, there muesli, yoghurt, cheese, milk, ham, jams, muffins, you can make toast . but the coffee from the machine is not tasty, and the water for tea in a thermos barely warm, so that the tea to brew difficult. In General, for 40 euros a perfectly acceptable hotel.

Review 54：I had a wonderful experience at Real Caparica. My friend and I stayedthere for 6 nights. The first night, I lost my cell phone in a taxi; thestaff members at Real Caparica were so helpful, they called at least 5different taxi companies in Lisbon at 4am and continued to call the nextday. Unfortunately it was never found, but I truly appreciated theirefforts. Great people, great little hotel 5 minute walk from the beachand bus stops. As my friend and I do not speak Portuguese, we weregrateful that the majority of Real Caparica employees spoke English.
Review 55：The staff were brilliant. Really helpful. We had a power cut due to the storm and even that was dealt with really well. Lovely room with a great view of the sea. Only downside was the breakfast, which was very basic but good enough!
Review 56：Not hotel, but weather was not friendly for me. One day was rainy, next morning was fog, and of course november is not good for swimming. A little bit difficult was to find the hotel without map. Nobody know the location of that street, better to ask the hotel name. Also, at breakfast, if you can not find forks or knives, ham or cheese on the table, you have to ask the staff.

We stayed for two days and were very surprised that our towels and sheets were changed after the first night so I suspect this happens each day. Breakfast is a cold buffet and well worth the cost of the stay. I will definately go back to Real Caparica.

Review 69：The hotel is perfectly located in the town. The staff were most obliging and helped with train and bus timetables and also printing my return airline ticket. The breakfast was perfectly adequate with orange juice ,coffee, bread, cheese and ham, cereals and cake. The bedroom was large with a double bed and bedside lockers , table and four arm chairs, a balcony and a bathroom with bath/shower. The "small train" is running from the far left hand side of the passeo beyond the beach bars and restaurants. this train takes you to the less crowded coast which is well worth the journey. return fare is 7.50 Euro The high season begins at the end of June and the town becomes much more crowded until mid September.
Review 70：If your looking to visit Lisboa but do not want the noise of the city and still have nice accommodations without the high price, this is certainly worth a look. Room was clean and spacious (double ocean view room). Amazing ocean view… you may enjoy it seating at the table and drinking de Vino Verde on the balcony with huge windows. Staff was addition, friendly and professional, especially Front Office Manager Hassane. Breakfast buffet included in the price and was excellent and great way to start the day. Really good position close the bus stop and supermarkets, convenient to the restaurants of Costa de Caparica area. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Location is Excellent, the beach is a minutes walk away, there are many shops, fast food places and nice restaurants in the surrounding area.The Hotel Staff were helpful and polite, even arranging our transfers from the airport.I would highly recommend this hotel
Review 73：The whole place smelled like chlorine, from our room till the breakfast area. Beds were hard like concrete. Breakfast was very bad. Pre-baked bread and cake, not fresh at all, 1 pile of cheese and 1 pile of ham you have to try to get a slice off. Coffee tasted like instant coffee. No warm milk for the cereals. Each guest received 2 cups of butter, no more. Very noisy, you hear everything from below (kitchen, I think). Hard to park your car somewhere, cause it's in the center of town.
