Review 1：Plumbing was a little lacking. Would have preferred a duvet than sheet and qullt.

Review 2：Beautiful setting. Comfortable room with a great view. We stayed in early October and rooms were excellent value. Good buffet breakfast selection.

Review 3：The setting is lovely and the furnishings unique, not your typical hotel style but rather distinctive pieces so that you felt you were in Sardinia, not just in any old hotel room.

Review 4：We just thought that the breakfast was a little repetetive,and it wasn't clear it was extra for coffees from the bar at breakfasttime. The evening meal was a bit expensive, so we only had one on the first night.

Review 9：It's an amazing hotel with a stunning view. It is very quiet, seems to be renovated recently, and the pool is great. The staff was in general very friendly. I liked the breakfast with loads of local specialities, too. The bed were very comfortable especially in comparison to other hotels in Sardegna. I would definately go there again.

Review 10：The view from this hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly it feels like home. Loved the size of the hotel and it felt very special and unique to Sardinia as the hotel is carefully decorated with Sardinian furniture.

Has an amazing sea view from the swimming pool and the garden area is super relaxing with lots of different corners, couches and sun beds to relax. It was our honeymoon and my birthday and the hotel upgraded us to a marvelous suite with huge terrace. The breakfast was very good. One of the highlights is definitely the restaurant, dinner was just perfect. Also all the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommended.

Review 16：The hotel is set on a hillside with fantastic views across the sea to mountains on the other side. The hotel itself has beautiful decor, with good sized rooms, comfortable bedding and fresh fluffy white towels everyday. This place was a real hidden gem.

Review 26：Hotel S'Astore is on a hillside and has amazing views of the surrounding hills and sea.We were upgraded to superior sea view rooms (we had booked standard sea view) and they were beautiful with huge comfy beds,white bedding and lovely white fluffy towels.The gardens are immaculate and staff are constantly busy maintaining them.The pool are is clean and well looked after also.Staff are friendly and helpful.We stayed for four nights and we were sorry to leave such a lovely hotel.Lots of beautiful beaches around the area but you definitely need a car.

Review 27：Avremmo preferito che i (numerosi e bellissimi) lettini avessero già i cuscini prendisole (abbiamo soggiornato a Maggio ma il tempo permetteva anche di fare il bagno in piscina!). Il caffè ed il cappuccino sono migliorabili ma tutto il resto è stato eccellente!

Review 31：The pool had no water and we wasnt warned so we had to sit by an empty pool in the heat.Builders were banging around us doing work like we werent their. Lots of wasps everywhere. No tomato ketchup or mayonaise or anything to have with fries. Really far out and you need a car to go anywhere, even to the nearest shop or restuarnte. Food wasnt great in the hotel either.

Review 49：Could do with some more sunbeds at the poolside. Sometimes large (wedding) parties in the restaurant during the weekend, with guests using the pool. So poolside can sometimes be very crowdy. Breakfast is good, but it is the same every day.

Review 50：The hotel is situated on a hillside, about 3 km from Porto Rotondo, overlooking the bay area (about 2 km) and the surrounding hills. Car is needed. The spacious bed- and bathrooms are lovely decorated and have all the necessary amenities. All rooms have a terrace or a balcony. Perfect beds. Beautiful garden with nice pool. Fine restaurant with traditional dishes and excellent winelist. Very friendly and professional staff. Buildings and grounds are kept in a perfect condition.

Review 111：Our room was small, and the air conditioner was to loud. There was no insulation on the door, so the wind rattled the door constantly. The walls were thin. The shower was very narrow, even for thin persons. The room had one cupboard with one shelf, so it was hard to place dresses in that small place. The breakfast was not varied and the bread was hard.

Review 112：Very easy to find the hotel thanks to simple roadsigns. The hotel has own private parking place enough place for 50 cars, There was a nice view from the dining room. The hotel area was nice and tidy. The staff were very friendly.

Review 113：Room was a bit cramped with a hard bed. bedside lamp didnt work and shower looked a bit mouldy in one corner. Main problem was staff attitude: On leaving the breakfast room in the morning with a half eaten roll in my hand, I was actually told off by the owner and told to sit down and 'eat here' in italian. I haven't been spoken to like that since I left school 14 years ago! On our final day (a saturday) we'd planned to spend it by the pool, but when we got up they were laying out the whole of the pool and communal areas for a wedding. They hadn't even bothered to let us know that there would be a wedding and therefore restrictions on our ability to lie by the pool, get drinks from the bar, have lunch, etc etc. Both incidents led us to feel that there is some lack of respect for the guests.
