Review 2：Stayed in a Japanese style room. No bed making service. We had to do it ourselves. The Onsen hotel I stayed in before in Arima did our tatami beds for us and we had dinner and breakfast served in the room too. Instead, in Azumaya, meals were served in the restaurant and the breakfast were buffet style instead of Japanese kaiseki breakfast. Quite disappointed and far from our expectation.

The Fine Print
The hotel provides a free shuttle service from Ueda Station (Onsen Guchi Exit) at 14:30 and 17:30 daily. There is also a free shuttle from the hotel to the train station at 10:00 daily. Guests can request for this service by leaving a note at the time of booking.---Guests who require dinner must order at least 1 day in advance before arrival.---Please note that the hot spring is open 24 hours, but it will be closed for daily maintenance from 10:00 - 11:00. On designated cleaning days it is closed from 10:00 - 14:00.Guests who have checked out are still allowed to use the hot springs until 16:00.
