Review 1：No laundry, even they don't have an iron! So you have to look for a laundry outside the hotel to iron your clothes everyday!! Nobody will take your laggages from the car! you are the one will do it! Very old furnitures and hotel :(

Review 3：Our room was very disappointing for the price that we paid. Although it was clean and spacious unfortunately it was also on a noisy road, the furniture was old and the separate toilet smelt strongly of urine. The self catering facilities we had in our room were adequate.

Review 7：Cleaning was with fees. Breakfast was with seperate fees. And the most thing bothered me is the unfriendly staff and the attitude behaviour manners of them especially the old lady with short red hair and eye glasses. Altough the hotel jas an excellent location with nice facilities but i dont think i will book again in here as i am really concern about getting the respect as a customer everywhere.

Review 9：Towels were changed only after we asked about it. Room cleaning service was so-so. And we were to ask about shampoo and shower gel as they were not added.

Review 10：The excellent location in the city center. 2 minutes walk from the railway station, ski-bus and the nearest ski-lift. Very comfortable apartments for 4 people with great city and mountain view. We also like aqua area with saunas, steam bath, bubble bath and a pool.

Review 16：5 minutes walk from the Zell Am See Station, and the Zeller See. Super markets nearby, but opening times odd. Excellent Staff. Their Director was available all the time for any queries and for solutions to all the problems that we had.

Review 17：The location of the hotel was brilliant - 5 minutes to anything you needed on a holiday. The staff on the whole were excellent but Anita at the front desk was just amazing. She was interested in what we were doing and was always willing to share her experiences and forward recommendations. She had a happy, cheerful and caring way of looking after people. We would certainly go back to this hotel.

Review 52：Stayed in a 3rd floor room. On this floor, as we walked to the end of the corridor where our rooms were, there are at two different places, 3 steps to go up. We are a family with a child, and naturally a child cart, which we had to carry twice every time we walked in or out of the hotel. Otherwise, there is a lift to carry people up and down the different floors.
