Review 1：Poor breakfast with limited range of hot and cold food. The rooms are big but the furniture and decor looks outdated. The bar was small and no indoor pool or gym.

If you are coming with very high expectation of 4 stars luxury hotels, you could be disappointed with little choice for breakfast, small outdoor swimming pool and a little bit old bath equipment. However, it was great to stay here over the low season for the price lower than average in Lisbon! Ocean view is incredible!

Review 7：I came for business and the location is good using bus to get to work . Also like the sea view option which is virtually right at the beech. The area is surfers paradise and is great. The location is ok but not enough quality shops nearby and can be a bit deserted during the week. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English. The rooms are big and spacey but are a bit outdated for 4 star rating and Hotel defintly requires new carpets as they are almost worn out. Breakfast is basic and not sure if this is because it is out of season or it is what it is. Same things everyday with poor hot food selection and no fresh fruits supplied. Apparently there is a nice resturant at the top floor but have it tried it yet. However for the price it is as good as it gets and is convienent for my needs.

Review 8：Every day the same breakfast. Most of the days scrambled eggs were cold and lumpy, was clear to see the ham was cheap and fatty. Rooms were very outdated with stains on the carpet and chipped table. Bed uncomfortable with bad quality of pillows. Some days we didn't get clean towels also.

Review 12：Very poor breakfast facility's -eggs/ bacon/ beans served cold 2 mornings running staff payed no heed when spoken to or tried to resolve. Staff setting tabes for lunch at 8:30 on a Sunday morning when half the rooms in the hotel had not been served breckfast with some very unhappy customers being asked to move tables. No ironing facility at hotel-you can only launder which really does not help for creased items in your suit case!

Review 13：I booked an airport pick up through the hotel per email. They said it will cost 40 euro. I wind up paying 45euro. At the end of the stay I arranged my transport to the airport by myself. The taxi cost 30euro. The hairdryer in the room didn't work. I informed the reception but next day it was still not working. There are no beach towels available. Pool towels cost 10 euro deposit and you should not take them to the beach.

Review 14：One receptionist was very friendly, and took his time to help us to check in online and print out boarding pass without any charge. Our room (nr423) had a balcony with side sea view, which was an advantage to see sunset and full moon from the bed.

Review 15：there was only one thing negative and it is the guy on the beach in front of the hotel. he just ask for money for umbrella and deck chair without any pricelist and ask different amount from everybody (he asked 5€ from couple before us, from us 10€ and next day from another couple 7€). the beach is not clean and not maintained at all for the price, umbrella with table and deck chairs are broken and old. it is just unpleasant. i recommend to use another paid beach place not one in front of ever beach club.

Review 19：We spent there 2 nights, the hotel is at a fantastic location. View from the room is amazing, straight at the Ocean. Restaurant on the top floor is classy, helpful staff. I had a special event organised at the hotel, we asked to be seated on the top floor, staff sorted it out in 10 minutes. I found this approach very flexible and professional.

Review 20：The beds continue to be very unconfortable. The Air Conditioner non existent. It makes noise but can be only clessed ans ventilation. There was no real air conditioning

Review 29：They didn't had my reservation in the system when I was doing the check-in. My request during the booking was left unanswered. I had to ask 3 times for them to arrange a bed for my small daughter to sleep (which they arranged at the end of the day). The staff seemed disoriented sometimes. The hotel bedrooms were lacking proper maintenance (the shower was broken) and the rooms looked dated for a 4 star hotel. The mini bar was locked (I would probably need to ask for a key at the reception... I guess). I might have had poor luck but it sure didn't looked like it.

However 2 out of 3 nights we had to wait half an hour for drinks and more than an hour for each course. Stressy unfriendly personnel the first 2 experiences. The last night was the opposite.

Restaurants with gorgeous food and amazing sunsets on the doorstep. Surfing and sunbathing paradise. Hotel pool was lovely too.

Review 44：I didn´t like the room decoration (old fashioned for 4 star Hotelith a big wardrobewith the doors covered with mirror, i hate that) ; the swimming pool is used for childrenand monitors activities most of the time and it's dificult to adults to swim and outside of the pool adults can´t relax, children inside the pool constantly throw balls to outside against the places where people are relaxing. Hotel needs to improve in some areas: rooms decoration (more modern, confortable and attractive); need another pool, because childen activities with monitors are funny, but adults can´t swim properly, can´t relax and frequently balls come in our direction...

Review 50：I felt it is very unprofessional,a property can not charge a client's account without their consent and specially when in the confirmation letter it only says "may be" and no date given. After talk to my bank I learnt it is the hotel who charge my account and when I talk to the property they even have no manner to say "Sorry" and replied as its very obvious. The reservation team need to learn English and manner to deal with their clients. Very poor reservation team.

Review 51：I book the room for 14th June on 1st of May, In my confirmation letter it said "May be they can charge my account". Surprisingly without any notice on 6th May they charge my account and did not even bother to send me any letter to inform me that they are going to charge my account.

Review 59：my first night I asked for a non smoking, ocean view and floors.. I got a room on the 2nd floor, smoking and the water to bathe was yellow and the jets didn't works in the tub. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to check. Waited an hour and called again the fellow at the front desk was rude and "ok I'll send someone" (in a rude tone). Waited another half hour and called again. spoke with someone else and said its late (11pm) told I don't want to be disturbed. Second night Internet was not working in the rooms ahead to go down to the reception area to use the internet.

Review 65：The internet connection is lousy. During our week in October 2014, we managed to get connection with our laptop and phone only a few times in the garden, the lobby or in our toilet! The hotels own customer computer was broken for the whole stay. There is an aircondition control in the room. Whatever your input may be, you get the same, a sweaty night. Why does any hotel nowadays cling to those old clothes hangers, which upper parts are fixed to the rod? They are really annoying for the users.

Review 66：This hotel is a beautifully standing at the beach of Costa de Caparica. Personnel are friendly, breakfast nice. We did daily excursions to Lisbon by bus, walked along the beach in the evenings.

When I mentioned it they said they hadn't noticed it on my reservation and that they didn't have any sea view rooms because of some issue with the water pipes, but could move me to a sea view room the next day, That never happened. There was no attempt to compensate me in any way, so I wouldn't stay there again. The female receptionist was almost hostile and never smiled. The male receptionists were all very helpful and polite. The wifi never worked. There was hardly any connection and whenever connected it would drop out after 30 seconds. I only had two requirements when searching for a hotel in Lisbon: sea view and wifi. Neither one of these was fulfilled.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, impossible to get wifi in our room and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. i didn't feel like was going to catch a disease but there was dust accumulating around the baseboards, the shower had mold in the groat of the ceramic and the carpets had to be 20 years old. If youre going to be there for a week, i would look somewhere else, but if its for a quick stay to enjoy the beach, id do it agaim.

Review 107：The staff didn't seem to know what was going on, even though there were lots of them behind the reception desk! On arrival at 9pm we were told there was a room for us and we had to be taken to a hotel right out of the way in the middle of nowhere. We had to eat the at the hotel restaurant and as you can imagine really expensive.
