Review 1：Very little parking. It was a hot day/night and the air-con was turned off end of September. We were there in October and the room was stifling.

Review 5：Very good location: close to the sea and the beach (3 min walk), near the port zone with many bars and restaurants (10 min walk), 5 min walk to the Railway Station (30 min by train to Genova), 2 min walk to via S.Ambrogio, central picturesque street with many shops, pizzerias and the supermarket Carrefour. The hotel is very nice and clean. The owners are very friendly! I was assisted in all. Very good and various breakfast. My stay at this hotel was wonderful!

Review 6：No hotel own beach. Beach is mostly occupied with 'Beachcompanies' that surrounded by fences and offer umbrella and sunbedfor 25 euro per day, and you can not enter if you don't pay forthat. In this 'non free' beaches nobody speaks English.

Review 7：Staff in the hotel were very polite and extremely helpful! Room wascleaned completely every day (not just a dust, but everything). I am notbig fan of Italian style breakfast with a lot of sweets, but I alwaysfind something suitable for me (ham, chees, corn flakes). And a bigadvantage that hotel stall did speak a little bit English, so I did notstruggle co communicate. Location of the hotel is very close to trainstation and very easy to find. Its also close to 'side' of thebeach, witch is free. Other private beaches were very expansive.

Review 22：Room was too warm. Fan would not kick in due outside temp and was told that we should open the window. that was OK but the traffic started early. Should have insisted on the fan being activiated. This was in late May.

Review 23：Very comfortable family run hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. The hotel was very clean. Dinner was very good with excellent service. A bit priciy for what you get. $29Euros set price, howver we arrived late the they did accommodate us without complaint and we were were the last to leave, Excellent house wine at very affordable prices. Would recommend as excellent value for the money, clean with extremely helpful staff all around. Will stay there agin when back in the area.
