Review 1：The heater was not functioning parallels when both shower was in use. That's all

Review 2：The cleanliness have amazed me a lot. Awesome greenish view. Well organized furniture arrangements and the best is I parked my car just below my apartment. Beautiful and peaceful stay. Value for money

Review 9：The worst structure ever seen in our life! I don't know how is possible it could be on booking and unbelievable call it hotel or resort. (unlucky on Booking only 3 pictures attached) We spent four days really worried about our health. Mold is everywhere, on the ceiling, on the floor, toilet seat, shower, etc A lot of dust as the room was opened the first time after years. We've killed 3 spiders, one roach and an incredible number of mosquitos. They changed our room after two days , and the second apartment was similar than the first. Dirty, broken , crumbling. The bed sheets were dirty, worn-out, we slept with our dress on. Wireless doesn't work in the first room and slowly and bad in the second . Not possible to use the kitchen and one of two bathrooms. And all of this for an amount of 75€ for night !!

Review 11：I usually do not complain about my accommodations, but this property did not look at all like it was pictured or described. We stayed in a one bedroom condo that looked like it had not been updated since it was built 40 years ago. The ceiling was black with mold in several places, the refrigerator was rusty, and neither one of the two toilets worked properly. We had to open the tank and reach inside to flush them, and they both leaked or ran all the time. Even the lamp shades were rusty. The sliding door to the outside porch did not completely close, and to get a wifi signal we had to sit in one little tiny corner of the porch. Since it was the Christmas holiday season, they did not have any other rooms to offer us and the traffic was horrible. It was definitely not worth the money. In addition, while it was near the tea plantation and some other attractions, it was about 15km outside of town, so we were unable to explore since taxi drivers did not want to brave the traffic to take us to and from the town. I would only stay there as a last resort.

Review 51：The unit we lived was not really in a tip top condition. the ceiling was dirty with mildew and kitchen cabinets and kitchen itself not kept well. the room dressing table was dusty when we went proving that the room was not cleaned before we arrived. blood stain on sheets. we requested for non-smoking and we got a smoking unit.

Review 57：The room had quite a bad odor. I think the hotel needs to take in to consideration the dampness of the weather and work hard to keep the room free of mold. Also, the sofa bed had no extra sheets for us to use it. Even with sheets, we couldn't use the sofa bed as it was very smelly. So finally we had to sleep 4 people in the 2 single beds.

Review 58：I liked the location, right on the top of the hill. The view from the balcony in our room was very nice, overlooking the hills and plantations below. I also liked that we could park our car right underneath the room, making it easy to get in and out of the resort.

Review 59：There are certain facilities that needs to be upgrade..but in my case i don't mind a few setbacks though it will boost the resort ratings and customers if the resort put on a little effort in upgrading the facilities..( such as water heater and repairing bathtub..you can still use the shower...no problem for me)

Review 75：Some of the bathroom fixtures were a little broken. We booked two rooms and our friends had to switch rooms because their water heater didn't work at all. One of our toilets wouldn't flush and the bathtub had no plug which was a disappointment for our kids who miss taking baths.

Review 85：I am stay at Block 24, unit i have forgotten. My two daughters and me got Hair Lice from the Living Room Sofa, the two little brown pillow. This round of staying is very unhappy for my family. The request that i stated to have the highest unit is not being followed. Because i have arrived there around midnight. So i did not request to change another room.

Review 109：The unit was spacious. They got a huge balcony with a garden view. The living room got the flip chair which can be use as a bed as well. The water heater was doing good. The parking just in front of my unit. But, in the middle of the night felt like so quite those with "lemah semangat" and "takut ada hantu" have to recite every doa that you know. Review 118：1. 4 persons stay in a one bedroom apartment is awkward. Two of us have to stay in the sofa-bed in the living lobby and short of blanket - there is provision but not enough to keep us warm. 2. Our first night was a nightmare, no hot-water, broken water closet, for a place of less than 20 degree it's a killing process. Second night we shifted a comparatively comfortable apartment, however, still not enough blanket to keep us warm especially in a cold raining night. 3. No facility in the kitchen except a micro-oven, no pan or pot to allow us to cook the vege - if so what for we rent a kitchen-inclusive apartment? Maybe this resort is only for those family groups. 4. There is no air-con at all hence it will be difficult for those lobby-living guys to keep themselves warm. Stay in the bedroom one feels warm enough thought.

Review 119：Located at Kea Farm which is actually a 5 minute's drive from Brinchang town. For those with private vehicles it shall be okay, however for those without private transportation and fancy a town walk, it will be inconvenient. However it is closer to the Boh plantation which is a must-go place. Staff here is helpful,however I don't they can do much in helping to improve the living experience. The exterior design/deco of the hotel was a surprise. It was just located beside the luxury Copthrone Hotel and Nova Hotel, close to the famous Jin Jin Steamboat, walkling distance to Butterfly Garden & Butterfly Farm as well as the town's shopping centre (Can't remember the name of the shopping centre as it was newly opened.)

Review 136：1 of the 2 single beds were dirty. Wifi is only strong in the living room. The 1st toilet was not flushable and the water nozzle could not cleanly flush the toilet bowl (the more I spray the more brownish the water gets). Thankfully there is a 2nd toilet, so it's not as bad. Minor: no plug in the bathtub.

Review 137：There is a balcony for guests to relax on and enjoy the cool mountain climate. Quiet and peaceful as it is situated 2km away from Brinchang, and there are farms to visit in the immediate vicinity. Close to Cameron Square. Staff are approachable and will attend to requests (such as taxi hire) if you are unsure of what to do.

Review 144：The 1st thing u open ur door, you notice house flies all around, bad odour all around due to damp sofa, which was a lil bit wet...toilet have no small towels n tissue paper, hot water for the shower only last for 5 mins...no wifi as the staff says system is down, so it's totally not a value for money...originally I've booked for 2 days, but have to cut short for 1 days as my family can't stand the flies n the bad algae like odour...

Review 145：For an apartment it lacks proper kitchen as other rental apartment and no available free wifi for their guest. I would like to suggest for the management to install an induction cooker and at the very least provide minimal kitchen wear which includes microwave safe plates and bowl since the resort do provide microwave in their apartment.

Review 146：The location is quite serene far from the hustle and bustle of traffic. One could hear nature and see the beautiful mountain view as well as vegetable farms from the balcony. The apartment also allow privacy for its occupants even with the balcony. The services given was prompt and staffs were all friendly and attentive to the needs of their customers.
