Review 1：- Promised 'city view', but was given room facing inner courtyard with some noise coming from guests, minor quibble really. - Water pressure for shower was quite weak. - Half a dozen TV channels although they advertise as having cable TV, didn't bother us, but might matter to some.

Review 2：- Excellent location. - Decent value for money, hotels in central Puebla have become more expensive in recent years. - Very good breakfast I thought which was included. - Excellent service at restaurant, really friendly lady served us. - Overall, would stay here again.

Review 3：The poor design of the hotel--what did they demolish to erect this--guarantees terrible noise levels. Most of the rooms have no windows other than opening onto a large central light well, where the staff?/ early risers with noisy kids begin to awaken everyone at 7AM. Most Mexican hotels are concrete, so very quiet--not this new bldg. The beds are the hardest we have ever lain on--terrible. And the elaborate, silly system of using the card to turn on the lights was annoying.

Review 11：We had two double beds which weren't very large, but couldn't push them together because they were built into the floor! The coffee at breakfast also wasn't great which is surprising for Mexico.

Review 15：The room was very hot and no windows. All the rooms are off of a 3 story hall so you hear everything. They don't tell you that your car could get moved to another parking garage and they use that lot for public parking so your car may be moved multiple times. The area that the hotel is in may get blocked off for events so getting your car in/out may be frustrating. Because your key powers the room you cant charge things while you're away.

Review 16：Inexspensive room for 44 a night USD through Booking.com. People were nice and understanding when I forgot to check out. Staff made honest attempts to communicate in English and Spanish. Great location Free parking. Hotel key turns on/off power to the room. Great map of the city.

Free valet parking in the garage. Puebla offeres an authentic open minded spanish-mexican athmosphere, not determined by tourists as it is the case in Oaxaca.

There is no AC, which wouldn't be a big deal if the hitem provided a bigger fan or ceiling fan, a window that could open appropriately or better located beds, since the fresh air only touched our feet. .. 2. More than that there was 1 day without water income for about 1.5 hr 3. The first day we got the room cleaned at 6.30 pm. When we called reception and ask why they said the hotel was fully booked... which isn't actually a good reason

Review 31：Too noisy, impossible to sleep with rowdy students also staying in the hotel. This is the downside of a hotel with a reasonable price. Beds impossible to sleep on, very hard, no heat in hotel, so very cold at night. Had booked for 4 nights but left after 3 and moved to an upscale hotel to recover. Hot water only periodically. On main road so subject to fumes from traffic.

Review 33：Gorgeous big colonial room, beautifully furnished, very clean. Very helpful staff - especially in the cafeteria - who offered alternatives to the standard breakfast to meet the dietary requirements of a woman at another table. This was my second stay - I will definitely return!

At night, difficult to sleep because some other people staying at the hotel were loud and inconsiderate...and no staff were checking the floors. 3. Beds were hard. 4. Washrooms weren't cleaned properly...floors were still dirty. 5. If you want to feel like you are 10 years old...stay here because they block Internet sites deemed inappropriate...and I'm not talking about porn...even magazines with regular pictures were blocked...ridiculous. They have the potential to be a fine Hotel but definitely need work. Will not stay again.
