Review 1：The staff was not welcoming at all and did not tell us anything when we checked in. The condition of the apartement was average. Air conditioning is only in one room. There is not enough room for clothes as there is onl one wardrobe in one of the rooms. The bathroom was the worst; the shower is really tiny and we are pretty short...so I guess it must near to impossible if you are tall...The restaurant is a bit the same; food is average but service is terrible

Review 2：The surroundings were very nice in the Tuscan countryside. There is an amazing view. The swimming pool is really pleasant with kids

Review 3：Cold and unfriendly staff. Made us feel we were a bother to stay there. This place is all about short-sighted profit maximization. Apartment lacking the most basic amenities such as toilet paper and dish soap. Despite staying only a few days, we were expected to travel 15 minutes to a supermarket to buy a whole bottle of detergent that we could then use a few drops of and then throw out when we left in total disregard of the environment. Wifi was a pain, having to browser log in with an arcane password, every time our phone or computer had slept or left the room for a moment. The gym was tiny and useless and rarely open.
