Review 1：Not safe for children,windows has no latch,flush nt working,doesnt hv enuff household items,during checkout accused us for stealing their ashtray,we dont smoke n we took a non smoking room,no lifts given a high rise floor we hd children n elderly ppl travelling wth us,towels wasnt clean sheets was smelly rooms had a damp odour

You'll have to bring your own induction cooker and pan if you would like to cook in the apartment. WiFi is provided. However, I was told that there is a quota limitation of 500mb per person.
Review 28：The apartment is clean and neat. Though we stayed at the first floor of the apartment, it was fairly quiet in the evening. I reckoned because it is surrounded by other hotels instead of shops, and the apartment is located on a slope. I'll say it is very suitable for family or group travellers.

Review 33：We stayed on the 1st. floor. Due to the land structure on which the apartment was built; the front portion is on the 1st. floor but the back portion is of the same level as ground level. As the windows has no iron grill, we dare not open the windows thus making it stuffy as we slept. Tips: Get apartments from the 2nd floor onward.

Review 101：i go to hotel check in at 3pm,but the receptionist ask me to wait because of the previous customer not yet check out. The check out time should be 12pm but until 3pm the guest still in the room. The reason they give me is because the guest is BOSS friend!! Actually I cant accept this reason, is not fair to others guest.

Review 117：My request for lower floor was not considered even though i already asked for it when i booked it few month earlier. This is due to in our group we have an elderly that has difficulty climbing stairs. We were given 3rd floor which is quite high up.
Review 118：Rooms are spacious and clean. Modest facilities are given. Dining and living hall is huge and suitable for large families like us. We booked 2 apartment and situated next to each other which is great for the kids and adults to mingle around without having to run up and down. Location is great and if you have transport on your own you can practically go everywhere you want from there. Staff was accommodating to our requests as one of our night stay, there a electrical breakdown that lasted from 8pm-12am which is not their fault. But they compensate us back by give us discounts on our next visit. Good effort there.
