Review 1：Some parts of the hotel and rooms look and feel old.
Review 2：Hotel is at a very nice place and quiet place 500mtr from Varazze. Although the street (SS1) and autostrada are nearby nothing is heard.
Review 3：Very tired property and had noisy room next to motorway. Air conditioning was turned off and told that it was to cold (21 degrees) to need it and to open a window if hot!

As in most of Europe, numbers down and many empty restaurants.Private beach syndrome is very annoying as you'd like to swim in thesea once in a while. Non itemised final bill was a worry. View from roomspectacular but the accommodation itself hardly luxurious!
