Review 1：The room was sizeable enough, with dated furniture (the hotel would welcome an overall refurbishment, in my view), slightly smelly, reasonably clean. One problem was that noise insulation of the room was poor, so that I could clearly listen to conversations in the room nearby.

Review 2：The location 100m away from the railway (and bus) station is ideal if you choose Terni as a base for day trips in southern Umbria. Service staff was reasonably polite and available for information. The breakfast spread was good enough, with relative abundance of sweet choices, as it often happens in Italy. The availability of a good restaurant within the premises of the hotel was a plus. Room price was relatively cheap, so that value for money was very good. Overall, a good choice for a few days in this city, although the next time it would be worth trying one of the other 2~3 hotels of the same class in the neighborhood of the station.

Review 3：Room smelled awful of cigarette smoke. Why do people are still smoking in hotel rooms or on toilets. But the receptionist was kind enough to give us another room immediately.

Review 4：The hotel was closed to the fantastic waterfall and only few minutes to drive.The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful.

Review 5：Air conditioning was not cold, so room was quite warm. We told them but as we were only there for 2 nights it could not be fixed in time for our enjoyment.

Review 6：The staff were all lovely and friendly. We were given a free upgrade, which always makes you smile. It was a convenient location to the city centre. Parking on site was limited but happily provided. The restaurant had great food and our waiter was eager to assist with the local cuisine.

Review 7：Nasty aggressive little chihuahua owned by one of the reception staff. I'm normally happy to see dogs, but this one, no. The promise of on-site parking is a little disingenuous - there is space for 3 cars off-street, but these are normally occupied by staff.

The room was reasonably priced, air conditioned and the hotel had an elevator. For the price and location, it was perfect for my needs.

Review 35：The toilet was squeezed in next to the shower, so quite a tight fit! The room had a funny smell when we went in (like old or mothballs).

Review 36：It was easy to find, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed for our one-night stay. Breakfast was as expected for an Italian hotel. We could park our car in the courtyard which was locked up at night.

Review 38：The Italian/ South African man on reception was extremely helpful and all reception staff were friendly. The room was more than we expected for the price, it was very handy to train station and buses and a short walk to town. Our dinner at the restaurant was amazing, we had a local pasta recommended to us by our friendly front desk man. The food was lovely, candle was a nice touch and overall we loved our stay and the city.

Review 43：The rooms were freezing cold. The hotel has a central heating which wasnot enough to raise the room temperature above 15 degrees Cesius. Whichdidn't stopped the managment to swich it of at about 22:00 and turnit back on at 06:00 And this is not something you would like if you havea 3 monts old infant with you. There are air conditioning units in theroom but the remote was not provided even when asked for. Guess theywere saving from electricity. The windows have awfull temperature andsound proofing which makes the things worse. There were constructionlike voud noises and vibrations (like of concrete braking) every 20seconds durring the whole night and when that stopped around 6 am youcould clearly hear the traffic and feel the heavy trucks and bussespassing by. There should have been Internet connection in the rooms, butthe username and the password provided by the receptionist were non-functional (tried it on two different devices and still displaying thesame error). When asked for different ones, the same username andpassword were provided on a different piece of paper. No furthercommunication with the receptionist was possible due to lack of basicEnglish-speaking skills by the staff. The shower in the bathroom had nodedicated light so we had to take a shower in twilight. The breakfastlacked any meat or even eggs. Only pastry (not too plentifull) and hotbeliverages. The elevator was too narrow to fit a standart babystroller. I was lucky the room was on the first floor. There was notparking space or garage of the hotel. Had to park on a narrow sidestreet. And all this considering that we have paid for a deluxe room. Toanyone reading this - do not book this hotel!
