Review 1：To be honest the kids loved the pool and there was nothing else to love. Completely disappointed we ended up leaving to find better suited accommodation . Very very disappointed

Review 2：The double bed was terrible, needs replacing. Shower curtain needs to be longer so water doesn't escape. Had to ask for a frypan (not an electric one). Cooking utensils need replacing- torn spatulas.

Review 4：There were 2 large groups that partied long into the night, one group each night we were there making it impossible to sleep. Would be nice if someone was around to enforce quiet hours.

Review 11：Was late to arrive at accommodation as I work a very demanding job that required me to work a 12 hour shift that day, but wasn't told about late arrivals box thought me & my family had to sleep in the vehicle till morning, had to have my cousin who is local try organise all this before we got there at midnight, poor communication for the price that was paid!

Review 13：The room was spacious and clean it had all the things needed for a cuppa .Also had a fridge. The staff were friendly and opened the toilet block nearest us for a free shower. We had 2 cabins which were side by side for the teenagers and us and they had heaters and warm bedding. Fantastic value and location for the splash planet.pretty grounds and cool tv programme street names.

Review 14：Chalet was cold as there was only one heater for the whole two bedroom unit. Had to leave on all night.

Review 15：Good size unit, furnishings good. Lovely setting - with a pretty river nearby. Great play ground and swimming pool looks nice for summer. Clean and tidy.

Review 23：My only negative is that based on Top 10s own website I had in mind what I was booking. Booking.com had the cheapest price, so used that website. When I arrived I found the difference in terms meant I did not get what I thought I was booking. Booking.com used chalet - Top 10 used cabin. Top 10 use chalet to mean motel unit.

Review 36：The fact that I was a paying customer and was not allowed to book an 2 half hour sessions in the spa when there was clearly no other reservations booked and 2 spas to use. I had the flu coming on and it was too cold for my baby of 9 months to swim in the outdoor pool. My partner had a good swim with our son but I only gt half an hour. It did ruin the whole stay for me.

Review 38：Dbl bed was very hard. Convection heater not very effective. Heat pump/air con would be ideal. Would be good to have loo/change area next to pool.

Review 40：Key wouldn't open door on arrival. Sticky lock - caretaker kinda sorted it enough for me to use. Shower hot water took ages to come through - when it did it was lovely. Much dust behind fridge and under bed - only located dust when looking for grandsons toy. No frypan in unit or oven tray to use in oven - used plates instead. Could not find unit - had to ask caretaker. Unit numbers were not visible from the carpark. Even though I had a map on arrival. Could not get TV1 or TV2 however it was a positive thing.

Review 41：Location - was close to family in Havelock North Facilities - Playgrounds were safe for grandkids visiting Very warm inside. Nice layout Neighbours were quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Cabin and staff were excellent thanks.....

Review 42：Unfortunately the weekend that we stayed must have been one of the windiest in Napier (compared to Wellington, the windy conditions would have been normal). Our chalet shook quite a bit so would not recommend the chalet that we stayed in to anyone nervous about earthquakes.

Review 43：The hostess was accommodating and very friendly. The facilities catered 110%+ to our three teenage lads providing them with activities to occupy them on their weekend away from school. The location of the property was optimal and central to all the places that we wanted to visit during our stay and the camp ........... nice, quiet and serene.
