Completely renovated in 2010, Hotelletje de Veerman is quietly located on the island of Vlieland. It is at the end of the Dorpsstraat, right under the lighthouse. Park your car for free.
The hotel rooms and studios are nicely decorated. Each room has boxspring beds and a TV. Please note that some rooms have a shared bathroom.
The hotel has a terrace where you can sit when weather is nice. Furthermore there is a small yard and a library with books. Free Wi-Fi is available if you want to keep in touch with friends and family.

Review 1：Great location right on the 'dijk' with a great sun room upstairs overlooking the Waddenzee and downstairs a beautiful yard/ terrace. Room small and simple, but enough closet space and what do you need being outdoors all day and having a great terrace outside and relax room with beautiful views inside. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is amazing.
Review 2：No fresh orange juice (I know, not that important, but it's so nice to start your day with one that I keep mentioning it, hoping hotels will one day get the idea :)
Review 3：The hotel is situated at the end of Dorpsstraat, so it is very quiet. The island is small though, so you're still very central :) The breakfast room is very cosy (Dutch decoration is amazing in general, you will find several beautifully decorated restaurants on the island) and the breakfast itself quite good and different every morning. Mainly cheese & ham (different sorts), jams, yoghurt, fresh fruit and different types of local bread & croissants if you're lucky (all delicious). There is no buffet, the staff will bring you your "portion" to the table. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful - they speak English, even though the island is mainly visited by Dutch people - which is a good point. Drinks & snacks are also available (decent prices) on a free service basis. The room, on the upper floor, was simply, but nicely decorated with natural materials (rustic wood) & Dutch colours, full of light and had a sea view. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom is indeed small, but the space is very well used so it's perfectly fine.

Review 8：Our room (nr 4.) was a little noisy as it is placed in between the shared toilet and on the other side the shared shower. In addition, our top neighbour had the TV on all afternoon (tour de France time) so that was noisy too.
