Review 1：Amazing place, super friendly staff, excellent room and the best air quality in Poland. The best place to stay if you have business in Warsaw, but you want to spend evenings in the wonderful environment of Konstancin.

Review 3：Great and warm welcoming, lovely staff, speaking English,very helpful and charming, we had lift to the local restaurant after long journey (unusual help),bedroom and bathroom cleaned to the highest standard, beds very comfortable, free cosmetics French line amazing smell. Breakfast with some Greek accents, fantastic atmosphere we felt like home. Just perfect hospitality and stay.

Review 9：Very nice and calm area (during winter). Houses are in the old forest. Nice to walk around. No traffic. I had to leave early in the morning, owner was very kind and prepared early breakfast for me. Btw unusual and very nice one. If you like quite places this is one of them.

Review 12：It's very agreeable, cozy and green place! Room was neat and clean. There are tea facilities, refrigerator. There is tasty breakfast- tomatoes, cottage cheese, 2-3 types of cheese, 2-3 types of meat, juice, coffee or tea. Owner and staff were very amiability and helpful.

Review 13：Urszula Grzymkowska-Perceval, the owner was very hospitable and accommodating to my needs; she prepared a very nourishing lunch and supper when she realized that I would not be going out to eat. She also arranged for a taxi to the airport so I could meet an early morning flight. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees; I felt very comfortable and welcomed even after only a stay of one night.
