Review 1：The website was a bit confusing as to which photos related to which cottage. Lucky for us it was a nice surprise when we got there.
Review 2：Great location, plenty of room, dishwasher was a real thrill, very clean and the games etc were a bonus.
Review 3：We stayed in the townhouse in Blende Street. Tired and in needs of upgrading. The box air conditioner was very loud and inefficient, not suitable for two story accommodation. Poor television reception.

Review 5：Ceiling fan in bedroom could not be used, missing control knob. BBQ was unusable - left in filthy condition by previous tennants and obviously not checked. Ironing board collapsed in use several times, very weak. Odd initial odour when entering apartment. On arriving, had to phone to get code, should have been provided by message.
Review 6：very well appointed kitchen, really comfortable lounge, plenty of space for us, pretty garden, quiet location while close to town centre and shopping centre.
Review 7：I thought I was getting a cottage, no doubt my fault for not reading the fine print, I guess. Anyway not sure how a town house in a six unit complex qualifies as a cottage? Main complaint is distance from town, my wife and I like to walk about the place and we did, but nearly 2km is a bit of a hike in the heat.

Review 12：I dealt with a girl named Rebecca who was really not empathetic at all. when i had made the booking online i didn't realise i hadn't put my daughter who is only 10 down and my sister who is 12, who wanted to stay with us a couple nights. & when I called to confirm some further details about the house before our trip & we both realised my mistake she was more concered about trying to make us pay another $150 for the girls on top of the $1000 we just paid for the 6 nights. You would think there would be some kind of exception for kids under a certain age or families of 3 or 4 so Even though it's a 2 bedroom house that sleeps upto 8 people we were told we were only allowed to use 1 of the 2 provided rooms! When we got there the bathroom had an over powering mouldy water smell coming from the spa so we had to keep the bathroom window open & spray everyday just so we could go in there. The rules on the wall stated you have to vacuum before you leave, which is fine i didn't mind but the vacuum was a cordless & had absolutely no suction at all it only moved the dirt around and was blocked with hair even after i cleaned and emptied it myself & when my partner went to use the broom it broke. There were cob webs and dust hanging off the lights in the lounge room & the sign that states they can enter the house anytime they like if they think the split systems are left on made me really uncomfortable. seems to me, they are more concerned about reaping the benefits of profit then providing decent customer service!
Review 13：Being that i am from broken hill there were no surprises on what we were walking into, we stayed in 1 of the Mica St cottages & the house was great for us. Being fully contained makes it alot easier as well especially since my family spent everyday with us so the Bbq & the little outdoor area was really good to have. The girls lovrd playing in the spa. The grass and outdoor area was beautifully maintained. And i was impressed there is a wii and xbox provided for your kids as well.
Review 14：WiFi didn't work and the cottage had a bad smell throughout like blocked drains. Gas ran out twice during stay and had to call a couple of times to get this fixed and have some heating and hot water. Bath not attached to the wall so water from the shower leaked over the floor. Helpful staff but the cottage condition could be better.

Review 16：We stayed at both Mica street and Blende street homes. We liked them both. The location of mica street was best. We appreciated all the supplies and services offered. (Milk, pepper and salt, pasta strainer, DVD player). Very nice. Great help from the staff, friendly clean and cozy. We would love to come back.
Review 17：As other reviewers have stated when we arrived there was towels in the dryer, a load of unclean dishes in the dishwasher, the shower was not properly cleaned with mould and hair. The cleanliness was not up to scratch in the bathroom but after a complaint, the cleaner attended and redid the bathroom. Limited storage as was taken up with linen.

Review 19：Limited detail on the booking to know which address to go to and how to access the unit once located. This wasted time after a long drive there. The unit was clean but hadn't been vacuumed and there was clothing from other tenants in the drawers and wet towels in the clothes dryer. Need mirrors in the bedrooms as only one small mirror in the bathroom.
Review 20：The townhouse is very well equipped and reasonably modern. The beds are very comfortable. Electric blankets and split systems in each room added to the comfort level. Quiet location not too far from town. Strong wifi.We would stay again.
