Review 1：A very old apartment. Broken door. Didn't clean the apartment when we arrived. Toiletries hv to go counter to request. The lights in the apartment not bright enough.

Review 3：Did not have sufficient parking, apartment room was filthy and old, walls had dirt markings all over, tables and chairs had sticky residue all over, toilets were badly stained, bedsheets and pillows were yellow and had a bad smell, animal droppings were a common sight throughout the apartment, i even found a used sanitary pad in the toilet's window ledge, which means that the clean up staff did not do a proper job. Had a really hard time getting through the night.
Review 4：The property needs a major renovation to make it livable. Booking.com should not advertise this type of poor maintained apartment/hotel.

Review 8：Run down, badly maintained and dilapidated. Entrance to lobby and lift are poorly lit. Place looked like it had seen better days. Lack of parking facilities, only after a prolonged discussions with the hotel employee were we able to find a place to park finally. The apartment that we booked had badly maintained toilets: cracked sinks, stained floorings, etc.

Review 13：unfriendly staff and not respond to what we expect to get..the room was too bad (2/10)..no towel provided,no instant coffee or tea or even mineral water bottles,the floor was very very dusty,no iron provided,many broken lamps,broken windows and doors,poor bedsheets,smelly pillows,toilettries was not a complete set.the facilities outside the room also very bad..rubbish was not taken at a particular time..no services at the cafetaria or banquet hall..the price I have paid (RM609) was really not worth it at all as all my family members were not satisfied at all..

Review 24：This hotel looked ruined. None of the restaurant/coffee house were open. The pillows were combination of small pillows in one cases. Towels were seasoned and stiff; tho luckily clean enough. Water heaters were a puzzle to solve. Hot water kettle was of non-existence. Some floor panels were broken.
Review 25：Perfectly located at the heart of Brinchang (5 minutes walk to the night market and the main town). The apartment was huge; you can literally play some physical games inside. Lol.

We got there at 1:00 am and leave at 7:30 am totallydisgusted. I still dont understand how people can rate this kind ofplaces. I couldn't take pictures of it because they didnt have theright outlets to charge our equipment and our phones and camaras wereout of batery. We couldn't even look for another hotel at the timebecause they wifi didn't work.Booking.com you should be morecareful with the kind of hotel that you sell thru your website. I wantmy money back.

Review 51：I need to clean up the floor by myself as my daughter (11 months old) is crawling. Can see all the dirts at the tissue. Lamps are not on even though all switches are on. The management should change the bulb. No telephone to call the reception.. housekeeping. No drinks provided (3 in 1). Even no spoon provided.

Review 65：I paid cash at the counter, however it charged me again by deducted my money through bank card. I only found out when I checked online after I back for my vacation about one week. When I phoned the hotel about the problem, they keep on ask me to wait for it. My problem only settled when I requested to talk with the people in charge at the account department after days of waiting. Finally, my problem only settled more than a week time.
