Review 1：shabby apartments, very un-clean and un-hygenic...seems you are living in a 2 star property Hotel staff agrees that they are charging a lot , and property is not kept properly. They even told us that they have told this to hotel management, but the management is not listening Never, ever book this place....waste of time, money ...spoils your entire trip

Review 3：We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The place is so old and shabby. And to make it worse it was filthy. Shower curtain was full of black fungus and the sink was leaking. Phone wasn't working and there was no reception so we had to drive to the hotel lobby every time we needed something. Kitchen was not equipped with any plates, cutleries etc. even surrounding area of apartment was dirty. There were empty bottles, dirty plates from room service and rubbish on the stairs and outside rooms. And mind you this was the second apartment we got after we complained about the first one! Overpriced and badly maintained and poor service!

Review 7：I stayed in the Apartment for 2 days. !. There was no hot water flowing. It was plainly hot water rationing! Just imagine no hot water to bathe etc ..in the cold weather! 2.There was NO WiFi in the room!. 3. There was NO Astro Channel EXCEPT one!! 4. In one toilet bowl, the flush was not working even after complaints and repairs! 5. After checking in I found out that the microwave oven not working! I had to call reception to replace/ repair. 6. The hair drier was NOT functioning either. 7. Unable to bear, on the night of first day I requested a Apartment change. For that purpose I had to walk in the dimly and dark night to another apartment downhill accompanied by a Hotel staff. However on my checking even there, the water heater did NOT function either. As such with no basis and valid reason for a change I did change!! Instead of enjoying my holidays I had to literally HUNT for my place of stay!!! NOTE: The Management has failed miserably to maintain the basic facilities. Why do have I to pay a hefty price for services and facilities NOT rendered? Why should I as a paying customer doing an AUDIT for them for free?

Review 9：We had one of the renovated rooms on 11th floor (managed to get a free upgrade) and they were so-so. I can't imagine how the non-renovated rooms look like. This hotel is quite old and it shows.

Review 25：1- one set of toiletry with a half way used hair shampoo, i called at 9pm and asked for toiletries as my mother needed shampoo in the shower and slippers, the staff told me it will cost 2RM per pair and i accepted bu they never sent them 2- they charged me with the room price two times, once on check in , once on check out which im trying to call them and solve 3- although the room was very clean the corridor of our level was very dirty 4- wifi was poor and kept on disconnecting

Review 27：the toilet sink (or other places) somehow rather maybe link to some other smoking room whereby unpleasant smell of smoke was filling the whole toilet from this so called non-smoking room. Bath tab and sink definitely need better cleaning, stains can be sent everywhere. although on colder air (probably around 25 deg in door), an aircon should be installed and not purely rely on outdoor air.

Review 63：Very easy to find the location! Place is clean and u can park right below your block for easy access to your car. A radiator in the room will be good. It gets really cold at night.

Cancelled my second night apartment stay to switch to their hotel tower. Will never return again. Totally not recommended.

Review 68：I think the house keeping staff could be more quicker in responding to our requirements and improve in their cleaning. We had to wait for 1hr 30mins just for an extra towel. Dust and hair are on the floor still when we checked in. And the hotel should really do an upgrade. Stains could be seen bedsheets, curtains etc.It's actually quite a disgrace for millenium grp hotels.

Review 76：I didn't like the response time when there is a problem. There was no power in the unit when I checked in. I called the facilities management department and they took very long to respond. After the power was restored, I noticed that the water heater in the room had no power. I took this case with the Hotel Management.

The hotel is near to many attraction places and walking distance to Kea Farm. In fact, the traffic congestion from Kea Farm to Brinchang was so bad and the hotel's location is just before reaching the massive traffic,which was a good thing.

While I first entered the bathroom I see white powder thingy scattering on the dark tiling floor, I thought it could be some cleaning powder not being carefully wash off but soon we found out why! It is the flakey powder dropping and chipping from the plaster ceiling! Horrible because the flakes will fall anytime, for me, right after my shower. I do not think this room (bathroom) is fit to stay and I think any price that I have paid for it is totally not worth it. It's not clean.

Review 124：1. Phone line was unavailable due to upgrading work, it's ok until when apt was made up, towels didn't replenish n worse still, for 2 conservative days! It's inconvenient to have to walk to reception or the house keeping area asking for towels ! 2. Water flow very little in one of the bathroom, light is dim in both bathrooms and only a light is working in the room I slept in. 3. Carpark layout is poor, although all under shelter, the fact is, only a car park lot is safe if it's pouring.

Review 125：Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 attached bathrooms. Environment less crowded n it's walking distance to a shopping mall.

Subsequently we went to Ipoh for a night's stay at the Impiana which though old, seemed fresher and at a little over half the cost of a one night stay at Copthorne.

Review 130：Latest time we've been staying here was not that good. The water pipe is leaking and the carpet in front of our rooms on the corridor is wet and smelly. The door handle is broken. I've put the special requests via Booking.com and that is not work, they haven't arrange anything we requested. I've called to inform the receptionist and she said "it's in front of your room, not in the room." My husband and I were very upset of their services. :(

Review 131：We informed the hotel ealier during booking time, that we will check in early morning on the day it's self but still need to wait for the room around 3 hours to be ready. And requested for the toilet attached with bathtub also not available.
