Review 1：- Rooms are not cozy, poorly lit and not well thought out - Very bad finishing (furniture, bathroom, etc) - Disappointing food

Review 3：Room was cleaned when I had put 'do not disturb' sign on door; the reception told me that the sign probably swung the wrong way on the door because it's happened before. I told them that this was not a good excuse and that I recommend changing their system to ensure their customers' privacy is not affected.
Review 4：Good WiFi, high quality breakfast, lovely unique hotel, only 5-10 mins walk from centre, next to mall with cinema etc if you need, next to pretty little park, incredibly clean bed.
Review 5：Poo lwas cold and Jacuzzi was cold, not working...rooms small and closet in middle of room was weird...not grat for a couple better for a single.

Review 9：Hotel is located in a pedestrian mall and there is an open air bar across the alley which plays loud music until midnight on Fridays and presumably Saturday. There was no warning from the hotel. And they do nothing to try to insulate the room like double glazing or wooden shutters. They do provide ear plugs, but they were inadequate for blocking out the drummer.

Review 17：La Purificadora is a great hotel! With only 26 rooms, the service was outstanding! The location couldn't have been better! We had dinner with family one night, and everything was excellent! The glass floors and balcony rails are amazing! Staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Puebla.

Review 30：The reception had an attitude. Check in is at 3 and I arrived early due to my flight and they thought they were doing the greatest favor in the world getting me into my room by 1. The hotel is noisy because of its location. The food used to be wonderful but now is quite ordinary.
Review 31：The rooms in my opinion - even though they are nicely furnished, modernand clean can see an improvement. 1. The sheets are extremely rough andI am not exagerating and 2. The rooms need to be properly sound proofedas you can hear everything. As I was saying this seems to be the type ofhotel everybody wants to hang out and apparently people do hang out hereon weekend nights to party and get together and as the rooms are righton top of this open air patio where the fireplaces are the noise levelsare uncontrollable. I woke up in the middle of the night to hear veryloud music and someone who was singing and it seemed they were insideour room! We only stayed there one night so this wasn't a greatproblem but I guess if you stay here for more nights it can definitelybe one. Other than that I think it's a great property.
Review 32：The hotel's infrastructure is very unique itself as this samebuilding was used before by a water purification plant, hence the name,La Purificadora in spanish. As you walk into the hotel through a hugeold wooden door you can appreciate the eye catching design of theproperty - brick walls, wooden columns, a glass staircase, huge purplesofas around some open air stone fireplaces - and it definitely feelslike a place you would want to hang out at. It's a beautifulproperty, with cutting edge design and hippie chic decor but the bestwas the service - the guy at the front desk (who I can't rememer hisname) was super polite and helpful at check in, check out and inrecommending us where to go, what to see, etc... The restaurant is alsogreat! We only had breakfast there but the service was top notch and thefood variety and quality (everything is home made and organic) was good!
