Review 1：I asked 2 weeks before that as I would be arriving in Hastings about 11am, could I drop our bags/gear off as we needed to be at another venue at 12 and wouldn't be back till about 4. So food/drinks I was bringing through could be put into the fridge etc. The reply was, they would try to accommodate, but would depend on the people leaving that day. We arrived early and the owners were very accommodating. We dropped off bags and food/drinks and didn't have to worry.

Review 2：We weren't notified of extra costs to hire the portacot untill it came to paying for our stay. We could have borrowed a friends had we known it would be an extra $20 We were also under the impression our suite had a spa. It didn't even have a bath. The cost was still the same.

Review 4：Only one challenge, I'm a light sleeper and as it was warm needed the Windows open. Forgot to check where the Railway line was, right across the road!

Review 8：The people at the end (we were in No# 2) were very noisy both at night and early morning. They had no regard for where they parked or the level of noise they made. We were put off by this.

Review 22：WiFi 200mb wasn't near enough for 3 days, ours ran out o/night :/ the double bed was fine but the single bed was really soft, it was really uncomfortable to sleep on. a suggestion - perhaps a children's sky channel? Cartoon network etc? just a little something for the kids. Cheers :)

Review 23：Location was 10/10 for us :) the studio was clean and spacious for my family of 3. The room service was on point and loved the open shower too. Awesome parking right in front of the door and good location of room, out of view from the main road. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Portmans :)

Review 35：Upon our arrival, we were checked in at reception then the motel owner walked me across to our room, unlocked the door, showed me around placed our milk in the fridge. A very nice personalised touch. Cleaners were around every day, our room was left spotless and lovely. We will certainly stay here again.
