Review 1：they did not inform us that they were cleaning out the septic tank and that there would be no water for almost the entire duration of our stay. I am a pregnant woman with two small children, one of them suffered from diaper rash due to our inability to attend to our personal hygeine because there was no water and we were too tired to look for another hotel. Ive been traveling with my children many times which is why i make a habbit of booking hotel rooms before hand. the staff should have informed us that there would be problems and gave us the option to look for other accomodations. instead, we have already settled in, and someone had to use the bathroom before we found out there was going to be no water for the reat of the night

Review 2：the price was reasonable.

Review 3：The dirty water coming from the shower and lavatory. It is unsafe for taking a shower and cant even used for washing hands and face. The room smell? yuk, due to the water leak coming from the cieling. Better to take other options-

Review 5：Transportation to tourist spots was easy. Jeepneys were just in front of the hotel. Staff took the time to answer our questions on how to go places.

Review 6：The water in our room smelled gas. :-( The hotel surrounding was also not pleasing to the eyes. The trashbin was just one and was very small. The bed had bedbugs! :-(

Review 12：The water pressure is very very weak which made showering quite difficult. Also, the water coming from the faucet and shower head, especially in room 212 had a foul smell and taste. When I stayed at 210, the water was a little better. WiFi is also quite weak.

Review 13：The room and the attached bathroom/toilet was very clean, though there was no shower curtain in the bathroom which made the floor wet. Location is very good as it is walking distance to Robinsons and jeeps heading to Jaro, Molo, and other places pass along the main road.

There arejeepneys and taxis right down the hotel. We got lost everytime we aregoing back to our hotel. We would call One Lourders to guide us backcoz its our first time in iloilo. I will go back again if ever I willgo to Iloilo
