Review 2：Even though very bad weather, it was quiet and peaceful. The owner couldn't do enough for us. They even came to our rescue because of flooding road blocks and located us at the Railway station as our GPS couldn't find them. They even went out and bought us Pizza and Wine. Breakfast was delicious.

Review 4：Good value for our family of 5. Apartment was comfortable - might be bit tricky if you are tall, as the room we stayed in was built into the attic and head room was limited in some areas. Friendly staff, good breakfast with a selection of cakes (home made - yummy), cereal, juices.

Review 5：Too far away from the beach and very difficult to find. The electricity went out. The top floor was like an attic... Not enough ceiling height.

Review 7：Matteo and Ascanio (brothers-owners) were nice and helpful. Matteorecommended making reservations for dinner at a restaurant nearby and hecalled for us. He was right because the restaurant was packed withpeople dinning and it had excellent food. Our room was clean, nice, andcomfortable. We met Ascanio who served us breakfast the next morning, hehad plenty and variety of food. We stayed one night in this B&B inour way to the City of Florence, if we ever return to this area we willstay in this nice B&B again

Review 8：the B&B probably just opened and is not that "ready" yet. Need more attention for details like need to have not just shower gel but also shampoo, another toilet paper roll instead of having only 1 already half used, or provide also fork not only spoon so we can eat delicious Apple cake in the morning, etc. Above all, I find the behavior of the owner is a bit annoying. He certainly is friendly and perhaps too much. we need privacy too and have some time on our own to enjoy our breakfast instead of chatting with him. We were kinda "insisted" to go for dinner in a place that he suggests that we didn't even want to.

Review 9：we stayed for a night just to have a break for our long trip. The house is situated in a quiet and isolated place. Good enough for the price, Parking included.
