Review 1：Just brilliant and way beyond our expectations for the price! Felt priviledged staying at a traditional local building with a lovely view and terrace. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the interior was beautiful to the tiniest detail. We felt really welcome since the friendly host and the tasty welcome gift. Just to let others know: this location is best suited for travellers with a car because it's located on a high cliff above the beach and village center.
Review 2：We had a fantastic time as long as we get the neighbors above us - family with 2 kids - everything was to hear, each shout, every step and stomp, the ceiling was trembling. Otherwise we were overall very satisfied.
Review 3：Beautiful studio, very kind owner (thank you Suzy), complimentary wine, water, fruits and local cake at the arrival (thanks again), cleanliness, great equipment, fantastic terrace with deck chairs and view.
Review 4：The apartment was spacious , immaculately clean and well furnished. Stunning views over the sea with excellent courtyard. Susie the owner is simply fantastic. She was unfailingly polite, cheerful and helpful, even when we locked ourselves out of the villa! The service she provided was first class.. thank you!
Review 5：You really need a car to go anywhere from here. That said, essentials like supermarkets (open late every day), restaurants, and petrol station are very near and convenient.
Review 6：Fabulous panoramic sea views from bedrooms and patio area where we had breakfast every day. Extremely nice and helpful owners. Spotless comfortable apartment with every detail you could wish for, even beach towels and parasol. Sits on the cliff directly above Madeira's only golden sand beach. Calheta is a great base to see western Madeira.

Review 8：The house with 2 bigger apartments has a patio, but the studio is a level lower and faces directly to the street, people, cars, dogs, etc., with feeling as living in a shop… There are no windows, for light you can either open the 2 narrow doors and let everybody look into your bed or stay in dark and screen the panorama. No opportunity to sit down outside, unless you don’t go upstairs (via street) and draw along all plates, glasses food, etc. with you. This was a holiday without having breakfast and dinner outside on this beautiful place…
Review 9：The house is highly above the sea, offers a fantastic panoramic view, the hosts are extraordinary kind people, every request is fulfilled. (Suzy brought a printer from home in order to print our boarding cards!:)) The apartments are well equipped, practically everything is available for a self-catering holiday. Furniture and decoration are especially nice and stylish.Choose the bigger apartments!
Review 10：Great hospitality, beautiful seaview from bedroom and patio, clean cozy home, comfortable kitchen, free private parking in the patio (no public), big comfortable patio with garden's tables, chairs, umbrellas. Highway to airport at 40 min. Nice restaurants near, sandy beach, supermarket.
Review 11：- Bed was really uncomfortable and caused backpain at both of us. This is really a pitty since this place is great and it get messed up by a cheap bed.

Review 13：Perched on the edge of a hill above the tiny harbour of Calheta, this apartment with its calm and cozy atmosphere offers a magnificent view of the sea and coastline with a good chance of spotting dolphins or whales. Rabaçal and other hiking spots on the Paúl da Serra are only a few minutes´ drive away as are the seaside villages of Madalena, Jardim and Paúl do Mar.
