Review 1：When arrived to hotel they told that they don't have my reservation and they don't do bookings thru booking.com. Staff didn't speak much english and had to have a conversation with someone over the phone and had to argue when they wanted to sell me bigger and more expensive room than I booked. Eventually had to pay 5RM extra. Staff had friends watching a game and playing computer games at lobby, so lots of noice. Had to ask different room as they first gave me one next to lobby. There is no taxis at that area on night, which I learned when trying to leave to airport at 5am. Receiptionist wasnt really helpful at first, just when I started to panic he realized that maybe he should help me out. So after 45min he was able to get me a taxi. And I got bed bugs bites... So can't really recommend. And stained sheets.

Review 4：Young Indian man at reception is rude. Really rude. He scolded me for not switching off aircon when I went out for dinner.Can U believe it ? ? ?
