Review 1：We were given a room in the basement (!!) originally with no windows and heavy mold smell. After a short argument, we got upgraded to a suit at no extra cost (the 2nd night in this suit was around 100 pesos extra). The suit was on the 2nd floor and was ok. And the good thing is that we were so tired on the 1st night that we noticed the roaches only on our 2nd day there. The parking is valet parking at Sheraton (next door to this hotel). Sheraton workers are pretty rude to non-Sheraton visitors. Breakfast contains watermelons, melons, bread+butter/jam, cereal, coffee, juice. That's it. The terrace is not open (like shown on the pictures). The swimming pool is like 1.5x2.5 meters.

Review 2：The location is okay if you really want to see Monterrey.. Although, there is nothing to see in Monterrey, seriously. A/C is okay. The sheets and blankets (in the suit room) were clean. The hotel itself feels like 80s. It probably hasn't been renovated since 80s. And yes, we're not demanding tourists at all. We travel across Latin America a lot. But for almost 50 USD a night you expect totally different value in Mexico.

Review 15：Place is not comfortable, it's old and with dim lighting. Rooms smell of humidity and are not vaccummed under the beds. There is no bussiness center or a facility with a computer and printer. Wi Fi didn't work for the most part of the stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was very basic I would have expected more. Dirty kitchen. Dissapointed about our stay here, I remember this hotel being very good some years back.

Review 16：The location is very good in the middle of Monterrey's town centre a couple of blocks away from Macroplaza. The staff at the front desk was generally courteous and willing to help.

Review 17：Its dirty, old and stained mattresses, not enough towels. and worst of all, I left my room at 10:00 am and didn't come back until 5:00pm and my room had not been cleaned up. I called reception and they said that the report showed that it had been clean. I left the room before I had planed even though I had already paid my full stay. They didn't even offer a refund or anything.
