Review 1：it was during the holidays when my family stayed in the hotel. they have 3 lifts but on the second day only 1lift was functioning for the whole 21floors. imagine the waiting time for us to just get in the lift - 10-15min i think. the AC in the hallway and the lift was also turned off. and the lift is always full. the gym is not really a gym like what everyone can expect. it has 2treadmills and 2cycling machines. the indoor pool is fine but customers are swimming in their plain clothes

Review 13：Breakfast was haphazardly prepared. How do you spread cold butter on cold toast? Omelette was not really an omelette. It was just plain scrambled, overcooked egg sprinkled with tiny bits of dry ham.

Review 15：There are few items i need to enumerate that requires improvement. (1) the reception shall be careful on handling guest question during check-in (e.g. i was charged for additional fee for tax, booking.com was saying that i have pay 1921 pesos upom check-in. but the receptionist said that it has to added with tax which surprises me, second encounter was when i have to get my change. the receptionist himself doesn't know how to give my correct change...it took awhile gor him to complete). (2) the food in the restaurant at 21st floor was aweful. i ordered for a some items in the menu list but most of my requests were turned down due to unavailability. at first the waiter must ensure that all menus written shall be available or they must advise their guest for any unavailable menus beforehand.

Review 17：I hate to say the wifi is terrible though each room has its own modem. I think they aren't getting the service they want to give to their customer because of this. the breakfast is not good and if you want something else they cant offer anything else aside from the one on the breakfast menu. am sure they can atleast offer more food if customer wants to eat something else aside from "log-log" they offer. Atleast they could have a cafeteria where in smokers can have coffee and smoke at the same time.

Review 18：I like that the staff greet you with a smile. I have to commend the response and effort of the of the front desk team who responded to my call to ask help when we left our iphone on the taxi. They made sure to follow up and call the driver and operator of the taxi so we can get our phone back.

Review 19：Best place to stay in Iloilo. It's across from SM Mall. Short jeepney ride to Jaro, Iloilo city and bus terminals. It's nice that they have a gym and pool

Review 35：Noisy, tiny, not very clean rooms. Staff very incompetent and unable to resolve any issues. Poor breakfast. Make sure you are charged correctly for your accommodation. We were overcharged, after a long discussion they assumed the mistake but even then they would not get the right amount . When we tried to leave the hotel after a 45 minute discussion, and even though was the hotel owing us, the hotel staff blocked all the taxi drivers from taking us which nearly caused us to miss our flight

Review 57：The 1st room we stayed in had an awful smell on the 1st night so we requested to transfer to another room. they agreed with it once they have confirmed it with their staff that the room smells bad. We transferred to the other room, 1st night it was little bit ok with a tolerable smell from the bathroom but the on the next morning again we experienced the same awful smell. Their staff checked it and cleaned the kitchen sink and explained to us that the smell was coming from the drainage system.

Review 79：Safety. Emergency Exit. If the fire on 17th floor. you are in 18th floor and only way is thru 19th floor to exit. however, you cannot open the door if you are from 18th floor using the stairs.

Review 81：The hotel staff (reception) did not allow me or refuse my request to check out late wherein i ask only for an extra 1 hour due to unexpected errands i had that time and in fact i check-in the hotel around 21:00 hours. i used to travel and stay in different hotels and in different countries and being able to understand the policies of every hotel but this time my request was being declined and i was really disappointed...my stay is not a value for money.

Review 87：Location is ideal, just opposite SM City Iloilo. 7 Eleven is just outside the tower's entrance. We're at the ninth floor and it's basically clean with clear signs of fire exits. The elevator's too warm, we can hardly feel any AC. exhaust??? Usually we wait in a queue before we can be accommodated. The room space is just enough for us with two kids. The beds are noticeably new with comfy linens. Our blankets are thick so we get to enjoy the cool AC breeze. The provision of a microwave is indeed commendable, i was able to reheat our kids's food. The toilet has some smell though and the water tends to splash everywhere from the shower room. Towels and toiletry supplies are fair enough. Electrical outlets are not available for us to charge iphones and ipads, the one available is where the alarm clock is plugged. Since we are so used to staying in hotels, we always have an extension cord with us (hotel hack). Thanks to the daily supplu of complimentary bottled waters. Complimentary breakfast is good, coffee is excellent. The indoor pool is perfect for the summer heat, but the water is cold.A little attention should be given to the sides/corners/walls of the pool as it easily accumulates sand and stains. Pool schedules should be uniform as to what time is written on the contract upon check in to what time posted on the pool walls up to the what time as verbalized by hotel staff so as not to confuse the guests. Very good service for early check in though the staff is not quite alerted immediately that we are incoming/expected guests. The receptionist was clueless until I mentioned that we used booking.com. Review 88：They charged me for requesting for additional towel! This is the first hotel I know who has done this. They have a microwave in the room but no plates/bowls to heat food on! When requested, they can only provide one small plate.

Review 104：This may sound funny, but I banged my head twice, on two different poorly placed fixtures (cabinet corner and towel rail in the bathroom). There was a smell of sewer backup in the room, possibly coming from the bathroom floor drain. Elevators were slow.

Review 121：NOT the place for dining. Breakfast is added (not sure if for free when booking) but it's not the usual buffet breakfast. It's a choice of this meal combo or that meal combo. Their "Horizon Cafe" boasts only a great view being the topmost floor, but the place looks like it could barely afford blinds. The quality of the utensils were akin to that of food trucks (and not the good-looking ones). The cafe itself looks cheap. The food isn't a cheap alternative, but it's also bland. not to mention scheduled. The menu shows a list of delectable-sounding dishes with "from 10am to 2pm only" Apparently, their chefs are paid by the hour. Some hours the company probably needs to cut costs. I don't blame them. They really do need a lot of upgrades. The rooms are surprisingly expensive for such a small space and bad food to top it off. By the way, the shower door closes well, but it's glass so it's useless except to stop water from reaching the loo. The bathroom itself, however, has a sliding lock door... that doesn't lock. So make sure you place that do not disturb sign when you want to be alone and not have room service accidentally run in while you're in a bad situation.

Review 122：Great place to stay if you get the right room. Good view of the outside world - seeing Iloilo early morning or late in the evening is, to a certain extent, refreshing. The place is like a cramped-up condo with it's own microwave. It's very awesome though that they have those. The shower is decent with hot water able to stream for over 15 minutes before you have to give it a breather again. It has an electronic safe, so that's amusing... Great place to sleep in. I reiterate. Just to sleep in... If you don't mind it being slightly small...

Review 123：Breakfast selection is poor. Towels are needed to be changed as they are very old. Fitness center has only treadmills. A/C is noisy. Laundry service is very complicated. Staff do not communicate properly which causes many mistakes and misunderstanding.
