Review 1：English communication skills could be improved, although we realize the hotel is mainly for Japanese tourists.
Review 2：The buffet dinner and buffet breakfast were the best we have ever had. The room was wonderful and had a very visually appealing style. Overall good value and we would return.
Review 3：We arrived in mid-afternoon and just wanted to check-in and leave our bags in the room and go to the Pearl Factory or the Aquarium before they closed. Apparently, they just don't give you the key when you check-in. You have to wait in a waiting area for someone to take you to your room, along with an explanation of your room/hotel and some tea. We were waiting for almost 30 minutes and finally just asked if we could leave our bags at the front desk. They were accommodating and we left our bags and went on our way.
Review 4：I think we were upgraded because of the tour groups, but we had a suite. 3 separate rooms, plus a huge soaking tub, and a great view of the bay. The outdoor women's bath is beautiful! And there are other private baths on the property. Hotel is right across from the train and bus station. There is shuttle service from the train station (which I would take if you have luggage because it is an uphill walk). Staff was excellent. Dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent!
