Review 1：There was soiled towels from previous room guest that the housekeeping left behind. Although door security is good on guest floor lobby area, but it is inconvenient when either one in room need to access the door from outside because need room keycard for access as only 1 keycard was given.

Review 3：There was a smelly funny smell coming from the aircon. Asked for an extra keycard for stay convenience, but staff declined to give. TV gave out a buzzing image.

Review 7：I have stayed here twice. The first time I stayed here I experienced electrical cut off (blackout) which were terrible with no lights and aircond at night. Eventhough the maintenance team came to fix the problems, but yet we had to stay in the dark without aircond for at least 1 hour to wait for it to get fixed. The second time we stayed here, the same problem encountered which we had to wait longer (2 hours) to get it fixed. Something is definitely wrong with the building electrical wiring. The basement carpark is dark and no security guards attended. The hotel building is shared with supermarkets/mall and karaoke center and the lift lobby is also shared where the guests feel so unsafe without proper security. The glass door to separate between the lift lobby and hotel area with security access card is not functioning. The public can easily enter the hotel area.

Review 9：Simple & clean modern classic design and subtle creative elements attract me most. Location wise is fair enough. No hassle for parking and friendly staffs. Overall good hotel.

Review 10：The bathroom is not user friendly. Please make sure to modify it because the water can come from the bathroom since there is no divider between it. Cannot early check in.

Review 12：Loved the room design, keep it up! Very artsy, the lounge with cool projector show. Quiet and comfortable. I have noticed some reviews on security especially at the lift section. It is not an issue for me since we need to scan the room card at Level 4. (Not sure about Level 3, though). Bathroom need a lil bit of touch and upgrade just like the room. Location wise is good. Next to Super Cowboy, I loved that place! p/s: thank you for the free soft toy :)

Review 23：Initial room # 1538 given was with defective Door lock. Without key can be opened by itself. while inside the room discovered a cabinet door was ajar and cannot closed properly and the next thing while I want to make a complaint. The phone was missing. Walking down to the reception. The staffs there are very friendly and changed me to another room #1539. Upon checking inside this room discovered window cannot closed or locked.

Review 28：I love the fact that this properties provides you with a 4 star hotel comfort yet charges you a 2 star fee. Room is super spacious even for 4 people. The interior & exterior are so stylishly simple yet contemporary. Located about 20 min drive from JPO & Central JB. Easy access from the Plus Highway. the premise is embedded inside a small mall & the Hero hypermarket which such a convenience.

Review 29：Breakfast was not acceptable, but there were other breakfast options at nearby local coffee shops (but you need to pay on your own of course, and we didn't get to try). It was somewhat noisy, even being on the 4th floor, but the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep fairly.

Review 30：Creator hotel staff were helpful. The hotel seems to be newly renovated and clean. Bathroom supplies were provided in individual packages. Has coffee making facilities in the room. Value for money.

Review 33：We did not like the bathrooms. There were no shower screens or curtains. After each person's bath, no matter how careful, the toilet floor is wet. That's the only setback.

Review 37：The toilet was rather 'oily' from soup perhaps. We had to wash the toilet again to remove the stickiness on the toilet floor. Some hair strains was found in front of the toilet door, which for me should not be happening. Air condition used was old and produced noisy sound.

Review 38：The interior of the hotel is excellent and I was amazed by the design that is close to expensive hotels' design. I stayed in the family deluxe room with two queen size beds and all of us have a good night sleep on the comfortable beds. Even the fussiest person had no complain about the bed and slept well. The room is spacious too. They provide a water dispenser for hotel guests to use. A good way to save the planet.
