Review 1：1-I made a booking for a 2 bedrooms apartment, after they charged my credit card they sent me an email telling me that the booking is only for 1 person ( 2bedrooms+Living room+2bathrooms), and i have to pay for each other person extra charge. when i disagreed and wanted to cancel the booking, they refused to refund any money. so I had no other choice than letting them steal me. 2- No one came to help us with the bags when we arrived, so for welcoming I give them zero. 3- The extra sofa bed is not safe for kids, even for adults , they Could choose a better style. 4- WIFI is very bad and disconnects always. 5- No steam room in the spa. 6- Room service is not working at night. 7- we could not control the heating system, it started to be very hot that we had to open a window. because of the first point I will never book at this hotel again or recommend it .

Review 3：This hotel and its setting is straight out of a fairy tale, everything was amazing. Waking up in the morning with a full view of the lake, or seeing it from the sauna in the spa it was incredible. Service was perfect and everyone very friendly. We also had dinner included which was a first for us and we were very happy with the food. Our dog was received with a welcoming pet package which was again a very nice surprise. We'll definitely stay again here if in Zell Am See again in the future.

Review 8：The hotel got so many things wrong it actually ruined partially our experience. - no iron board in the room even when requested. Called the front desk and they said they will be happy to iron for me 8 minutes for 5 euros!!! How am j supposed to know how long it takes to iron a shirt ?! - no in-room tea or coffee pot or any useful additionals. Ordered from room service and the tea cost me 10€. - worn out carpets and the hotel is very old (not in a good way) - the spa is a joke (ignore all leaflets and ads). 50 mins massage was the following: poor welcome to the spa area, bright lights on during session, therapist lacked basic skills and the massage was a sad sad experience.

Review 20：I like the staff, but when it got crowded the Luggage guy got furious, i think they should increase the staff in high seasons. In the morning there was alot of noise because of construction. Alot of tourist came in the hotel yard to wake by the lake although they don't stay in the hotel which created more noisy and crowded.

Review 31：The hotel management is very cheap and greedy beyond acceptable levels of respectful humans. we paid more than market price as room rates, yet, we were surprised of how cheap they were in sparing no chance or efforts in getting 2 or 3 extra Euros for ordering a drink at the half board dinner, or ordering fried eggs instead of the buffet scrambled, and many other examples that were annoying to the extend they were not shy to show how cheap and incompetent their management is, starting with their GM. It's sorry that such facility is managed by such hospitality illiterate people.

Review 35：I booked a room through booking site which I thought it will have direct view on lake but what I have had is room which have indirect view on the lake.!!!- The price is so over despite every things - nevertheless there are many areas for developments and improvements such as having electronic room key, although Arab guests are the major gusts there is nearly one Arabic TV channel the other Arabic channel is documentary ,, I think and I may be wrong there is area to improve hotel management system application. , it seem to me there no competitors for such hotel , if there is one which has nearly the lake it will be good for the town and for the guests.

Review 37：I just staied for one night and checked out the following day because the hotel did not match my satisfaction level. Although i received back what i paid for my kids, but what I experienced in the following two hotels in Salzburg and Vienna. Both of them did not charge me for my kids. Incase I required more beds they will charge otherwise no charge applied. No A/C equiped in the room and that was not mentioned about hotel facility. I wish to get my money back becuase the staying did not woth the amount i paid for.

Review 52：Check in not before 3pm. Check out by 21am. Rooms are too small. With no AC at all for almost 1000 Euro per night deffenetly not worth not. It's a total rip off. They are taking full advantage of Arab tourists and. Adding charges left and right. I paid 160 euro for added 7 years old child. The beds are really awful very small and hardly fits one person. The room are hot and compressed. We could not sleep at all due to the heat.

Review 58：We had a great stay but one niggle...We had a family suite with lakeside view and balcony. It had a separate bedroom, a lounge, bunk bed recess, toilet, bathroom and balcony. The bunk bed recess that my daughter had was off the lounge area so when she went to bed we had to too. Our bedroom was a bit small and claustrophobic to spend much time in and the tv etc was in the lounge area. It didn't really work out for us as we thought.

Review 113：I expected something else for the value that I paid. The room was veryhot and no ac is there the hotel can offer fans but you should pay 20euro as deposit. I had to call the resciption everyday regarding theWiFi because it used to turn off automaticly. There was one family inthe room next to us they were turning on the music in very high volumeand we couldnt sleep. I called the resciption to clean my room and Iwent out for 5 hours and when I came back no one cleaned it. When Iarrived they took my car to the hotel garage without asking me and whenI checked out they charged me 7 euro for using the garage otherwise ivecould park it for free outside the garage. No vantlation system in thetoilite or fan to take out the bad smell.

Review 123：Many thinks as follow: - The cleanliness of the room was way below the average standards. We could not even use the toilet in our first night as the toilet was not clean and there were some spot of dirtness. - The staff are a bit rude and unhelpfull. The will never offer help. We understand that the hotel was at full capacity during our stay but this does not mean that we get such bad service, they should have extra number of staff during peak season to assure quality of service taking into consideration that is a 4 stars hotel. - Very noisy place thanks to the construction work in the nearby and the train that pass by our room every 15 minutes. To sum up, this was our worst hotel experience ever. We were booking 3 nights and we could not spent more than 2 nights. A hotel in the nearby was booked (better and way cheaper). We do not recommend this hotel to any visitor to Zell Am See, there are many better choices in the same area.
