Review 1：I had someone go to the hotel in advance and confirm my online booking. One of the front desk folks flat out said that there was none. Eventually, I got to stay for the night.

Review 2：I was working around 11 pm and had to go down to the lobby for better internet access. The lights were kind of dim (and I was fine with it) and the staff offered (sincerely I might say) to turn on some lights for me.

Review 3：Staff do not check guest on the room. I was disappointed when front office told my friend who will pick me up that i already checked out. Left me without a ride unable to meet my appointment.

Review 4：The intermittent internet, is very frustrating. I really hope they would do something to improve it.

Review 5：I have stayed in this hotel before, and will stay again. Staff are friendly and offer good service. Location is great as it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. There is nightly entertainment (band and singers) next to it but the noise is bearable. Walking distance is a hospital, bank and a spa centre. Transport is very handy as there are taxis on stand by all the time. Their Business Centre is open 7 days a week and this is a big plus to me.
