Review 1：Reception personnel did not inform of buffette in a next door restaurant. Stored my luggage at reception at the time of checkout, when I claimed for it 4 hours later it took forever to retrieve it( they did not have the key of the store room). My Uber taxi had to wait :(

Review 4：The hotel is pretty old and is easy to see that in door frames, bathrooms doors and windows, they look kind of rusty and it that makes it feel like it was dirty but it's not. There were two, one elevator was not functioning and the other one sounded pretty strange, and unsafe.

Review 5：I liked the location that was right in front of the MacroPlaza Square and Paseo Santa Lucia, and in the hotel there is a nice restaurant called Sierra Madre, also is next to a street full of stores and 2 small malls and a movie theater. Price is great, location great. It's like a 7 out of 10.

Review 6：they didn't find my reservation. i wait almost 15 min in order to complete the chek-in. the room has problem with the air conditioner and has a leak in the entrance of the room. the i never can be connect my phone to the wi-fi.

Review 7：- I think they need to be more specific because my booking was for 37€ and in the end they charged me 46€37, so almost 10€ in taxes and currency conversion. - People made me wait around 20 minutes because they didn't have my booking on the system. So, it's not synced automatically with booking.com

Review 42：Upon arrival, since there was a queue to sign in, we were escorted to our room in order to rest and asked to sign in later on. The room as very comfortable, with a great view of La Fuente de la Vida in macroplaza. Wonderful location, macroplaza and parque fundidora are in walking distance. Parking, which is usually an issue in mexico with a truck as big as ours, was not a problem in this hotel's parking lot. All in all an excellent stay.

The room was the wrost I have ever stayed at.What I paid for the room I could have stay else where and have gotten abetter room. The room we stayed looked like a rent by the hour . I wasvery disappointed this time.
