Review 2：As always, the most valuable asset of any establishment is the human resources. They were excellent in that regard. However, its in the center of town, with the noise and one or two spooky individuals here and there. Just be careful at night. But it is close to most tourist attractions. Facilities were underwhelming. I am not sure if it because it's my first experience outside the U.S. But I expected a little more even at the modest price. Overall, the warm personalities there made the experience like warm chocolate milk on a cold rainy night

Review 12：Rooms are not the greatest. The towels were old and worn out. We did not need to use the A/C or heater which was great, because the unit made a horrible noise when on. No hair dryer in room and they only provide soap (no shampoo or conditioner)

Review 13：Let me start by saying that this is a basic hotel, I would compare it to a Motel 6, but for my needs it was ok as besides sleeping and taking a shower, we did not spend any time in the room. The location (downtown) and price are good. Parking garage with a locked gate (you have to get the guard to open the gate). Cable TV and free basic continental breakfast. Great staff.
