Review 1：The rooms don't get cleaned for the whole duration that your there or at least ours didn't . Bed was made with stained sheets. Problems with room service. Getting the orders wrong, not bringing milk for coffee trying to charge us double for food we have ordered. Card keys not working.

Review 2：I did not like that the room had only one chair. When you have a visitor you cannot sit with them because there is only one chair. I would like a love seat or even a second chair. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 months and always encounter the same problem...seating.

Review 5：This hotel automatically cancels your reservation when you arrive after 18:00 -- without informing you of this or even inquiring with incoming guests what their arrival time is. When I arrived at 19:00, staff told me my reservation had been canceled and the hotel was fully booked. With various conferences in town all hotels seemed to be full and they were going to leave me on the street. After a call to Booking.com they suddenly did manage to find me an available room, but for a higher rate, while it was in a "lower" category than the room I booked. Overall the room and the hotel in general (with the exception of the lobby) gave an old, slightly seedy impression. One of my pillow cases had a stain on it. The walls were thin; I could hear my neighbors snore and watch TV and follow their conversations. Wi-fi was terrible. The phone functioned only occasionally, the kitchen could not be reached all morning for room service, when I decided to go downstairs to get food I could only get the buffet and not just the individual dish I wanted, multiplying the price by 3. Two elevators for 17 floors is not enough. Reception and restaurant staff not very friendly either; only friendly personnel seemed to be the cleaning staff. On Booking.com this hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel; I'm not sure if this is an official rating? I find it hard to imagine it would get anything more than 2.

Review 8：The reception staff was not guest friendly not goodmorning or good evening or a hello or goodbye?? No customer service skills whatso ever. The worse thing was that i was charged twice on my card for my rooms and i was trying to explain that to them, but they werent even trying to listen to me claiming that was impossible. I am currently disputing an amount of 200 dollars with them. Unfortunatley i have to wait for the month to ened to get a paper copy of my bank statement.Horrible service.

Review 17：It's not that I hated the hotel, it was comfortable enough to spend a few nights, it has everything you might need. it is just that it's an old hotel and everything smells, even at the gym, you have to give your nose a couple minutes to get used to it. They also have a pool wich I did not used because It was not clean.

Review 59：Staff are not really friendly and helpful. The day we stayed it was 10 C outdoor, maximum 17 or 18 C in the room. However they only provided a summer blanket which is barely thicker than two shower towels. We asked for an extra blanket, TWICE, but it never came. Luckily the internet was functional. While I was freezing and couldn't sleep, at least I was able to use the internet to spend the night. Maybe I should have booked an internet Cafe instead.
