Review 1：Not a fault of the hotel surely but it rained our entire 3 day stay.

Review 2：Scenic cliff side location. Easy access to shopping and dining. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable lounging and dining options within the hotel. Very clean. Good food and pleasant dining with floor to ceiling vista of the bay and Vesuvius.

Review 9：From the moment of arrival being greeted and at the last moment leaving the Hotel was an incredible experience. This hotel/staff/food cannot be beat. We felt like royalty, the entire stay of 5 days. Breakfast was amazing every morning. If you want the best view of the bay of Naples and Mt Vesuvius, this is the place.

Review 49：Lovely setting on the cliff edge, very central so it is easy to go out to try different restaurants. Good choice for breakfast, the hotel restaurant is worth going to for a treat. Great cocktails on the balcony from very polite staff. The complimentary drinks and snacks form 10am till 8pm were a lovely touch as you could enjoy a glass of wine ,beer or soft drink with finger foods at any time in the lovely lounge areas either inside or out. Lift down to the sea where you can sit and read or swim.

Review 51：We loved everything about this hotel down to the complimentary drinks and nibbles served in the lounge area. The staff are superb and very helpful taking away the stresses of organising the little things like taxis and restaurant bookings.

Review 52：Unfortunately there was an issue at the very end of our stay where some sunglasses went missing from our room. I'm glad to say the issue was quickly resolved and Nello the manager went out of his way to get the glasses to us at our next hotel which was in Amalfi. Mistakes happen and it was nice that it was dealt with quickly.

Review 53：We stumbled across this hotel on a previous trip to Sorrento and had lunch on the terrace and promised ourselves to return one day. We stayed on the top floor in the cheapest sea view room. The room wasn't massive and the decor was not at all to my personal taste but it was very clean and comfortable and it had a very private terrace. Rooms on lower floors although being bigger (higher end) rooms have a small balcony that is very visible from the pontoons and from other balconies. We enjoyed breakfast in the room on both mornings of our stay, used the private pontoon for sunbathing and had some of the complimentary drinks in the late afternoon. Your made to feel very special from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave

Review 54：Elevator is insufficient. It seems do always be blocked off. However, from ground level the highest floor is only 3 up and 2 down. We were on the highest floor. More of an irritant.

Review 55：Wonderful place perched on the cliffs at Sorrento. Facility was wonderful, staff and food were great. Like a club floor in that everyone had access to free drinks and modest snacks, but in a wonderful inside/outside sitting area on the main floor.

Every details in the hotel are amazing and there are no such words will describe it. Also, it is a good location to make it as a centeral point for many trips like amalfi coast , positano and capri island.

There are breakfast snacks in the morning, lunch snacks all afternoon in their beautiful atrium. The breakfast is served in a re-creation of a traditional ancient Pompeii Roman house with a marvelous terrace overlooking the bay. Dinner is served on another wonderful garden terrace over looking the bay with live piano music. This is the hotel to stay at while visiting in Sorrento.

Great hotel in every way and we'd definitely recommend to others, the staff was so helpful in helping us with reservations and anything else we required!

The breakfast buffet was amazing. We had dinner at the hotel on a night that it rained. Review 73：This is truly a 5-star hotel. The property is clean and beautiful, overlooking the Bay. The service is outstanding and the hotel does not not nickel and dime you. Wi-Fi, breakfast, snacks, and a large variety of beverages are available at no extra cost.

Review 74：The hotel was pretty noisy, but from 'internal' noise from people shouting in corridors and banging in their rooms. The tiled floors carry noise, especially footsteps, very loudly through walls. For this reason I could not recommend this hotel, at this price, to friends.
