Review 1：After reading the reviews on booking we were very disappointed with what the place had to offer. Without going into details: -rusty bathroom facilities, -rusty fridge, -clogged shower -uncomfortable mattress, -even kids swimming pool was cold. In a word: "cheap" (for a very high price). We do not recommend and we will not return.

Review 4：Good location - in the forrest, near the beach, not far from Porto Azzurro, has a multitude of birds singing all around and is very clean.Spacious apartment with air conditioning.The apartment was quiet and comfortable.Equipped kitchen with all the nesessary. Good places for barbecue. Big swimming pool. Friendly personnel.
Review 5：Not that cosy feeling. Felt like living in a bunker. Missing hairdryer, microwave, wineglasses and a few other details in the kitchen. The aircon was not big enough to cool both rooms. If 30C degrees you will only reach about 25C inside.

Review 7：Given the location outside of town, cell phone service was very weak. I would have liked to have a stronger Wifi signal inside the residence, but I had to stand outside to make phone calls and surf the web.
Review 8：The pool is perfect and has a great view of the beach below. The residences are large and clean, with great views of the coast. If we stayed longer, we would certainly have used the kitchen and outdoor grilles.
Review 9：Room was tired, noisy and uncomfortable. Staff act like they are on holiday. Reception always closed, bar unattended. No food available, supermarket 10 minutes drive away

Review 17：The location was a bit far from Porto Azzurro without a car . Taxis are not cheap. Perhaps a shuttle bus would help for those who do not want to bring or hire cars. It would have been nice if the bar selling snacks and drinks were open more throughout the day and evening
Review 18：Residence Reale has wonderful beautiful views of the sea from aprtemntsa nd pool area , has a multitude of birds singing all around and is very clean. The apartment was quiet and comfortable with balconies either end. Staff were very nice and helpful. The bar selling lovely fresh bread and croissants each morning and cocktails for a short while each evening was very handy. There are two good beach restaurants within easy reach on foot. All in all a lovely stay.
Review 19：Disappointed as bar closed & swimming pool and laundry facilities closed down at the beginning of our weeks stay - last week of season so they should have waited until everyone had departed or not accepted our booking. Very old & smelly feather pillows, exchanged for synthetic but still stale smell - shame as bed linen and towels all crisp, clean and white. No oven or microwave in kitchen.

Review 28：Excellent location, 200m from the beach, with a private pool overlooking the sea. Staff was very nice and helpful, the room was spacious and well equiped.
Review 29：Wireless internet only in bar/reception area (but that was OK)....Pool not open yet for visit in early May but the weather was just starting to warm up. Guests need to bring their own soap for dishes and cleaning (OK but need to know).
