Review 1：There was not toliet paper in the bathroom when we arrived, the telephone set was no working and the safe box was broken.
Review 2：The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded to all our needs promptly.
Review 3：Had a burst of hot water got burn a couple of times.they fail to leave towels one night and took the dirty ones with them so we had nothing .swimming pool was so small it looks like a Jacuzzi.had differences with the bill because they cannot add said take it up with booking.com made it sound like they would not honor the price of booking.com they made you feel uniunimportant.

Review 13：The worst hotel ever!! (Even worst then hostels) They changes the pricesand charged us way more than they announce. At first they didn'teven had our room. They advertise a lot of free hings, but whenyou're there, they charge you for every one of them. And when you gocomplain in the reception they only answer "that's the waythings are". Awful!! **El peor hotel!! Incluso peor servicio quehostales. Te cobran extras en todo, y te cobran mucho más de lo que lapágina dice (incluso más que con los impuestos). Pierden lasreservaciones y no se hacen responsables. Y en recepción su respuestapara todo es "Pues así son las cosas". Muy mala atención ypésimo servicio. Horrible!
Review 14：Don't bother trying to use the Wi-Fi in the rooms. I was in a "Suite Master" and the connection was either slow or absent. Even when you are in the Business Center it sometimes just does not connect. Cintermex provides free wifi so you will find yourself using it often.
Review 15：The location is excellent for events as it is right in front of the Cintermex and is linked to the Parque Fundidora through a short bridge. The staff is nice and quite proactive.
