Review 1：The eating- room was very crowded and loud. The Dinner-Buffet was not as we expected as vegetarians. When we came back to the hotel from a levada walk at 16.30, our room was, as we left it in the morning. At the reception I was told, that there are a lot of people today, and they had no time to do it - strange for a 4 star location!

Review 3：Wi-Fi not available in guest bedrooms. Some of the equipment a bit old and tired. Anyone with mobility problems beware - studio rooms outside main hotel building accessible only via several flights of steps.
