Review 1：the shower no water and double charge the room fees. check in charge 1 time check out after i left the hotel tomorrow charge me 1 more time.i booked the room fees 1 night RM225.00 now the hotel charge me twice with RM450.00.and i need to wait for 2 weeks to refund the money. and not sure can refund my money.

Review 3：Value for money, excellent hotel, with very polite staff. Locating for me was perfect as I had a hire car and enjoyed the short trip to the Genting Casino's and Elephant Sanctuary (Kuala Ghanda). The restaurant was exceptional value, eating local cuisine for RM 8 (£1.50). Will definitely try to return to this hotel soon
Review 4：More TV channels please. Pillows are abit too soft so needed two in order to get proper sleep. Would be nice if there was a cafeteria especially for breakfast instead of having to venture out to the nearby shops. More indoor activities please. Some free coffee & tea sachets would be nice.

Review 6：It was a pretty long walk from the DZH property to Genting Skyway Station. But still it is good for your health to have a 2-km-walk uphill and downhill in the morning :) then hop on the cable car to enjoy the fresh air and gorgeous scenery.
Review 7：The receptionists were very very friendly and helpful, they always greeted me with big smiles and provided excellent assistance to all I needed. The room was clean, quiet and tidy which ensured a good night sleep.
Review 8：Stay was very comfortable.Nearby to many restaurants and shops. Location is ~10km away from the Genting resort world... I had my own transport and didn't find any problem with the travel or short stay I had.

Review 15：i had very bad experience with this hotel.this is very unprofessional hotel where they dont care about the guest's life.Hotel arranged a taxi from Genting to KL international airport and the taxi driver they arranged, abused us and dropped on the mid way of the airport on a highway in the dark and rain.I felt like last day of my life as i was alone with my wife on a highway.I can not explain in words how unsafe i was feeling.

Have to walk all the way back to front desk. And this is for the pricier deluxe room. No breakfast. Have to walk out to shoplots. Cannot connect to Wifi at all!

Review 30：But the key to the room (card) is always not working. The hotel staff should always standby to offer help and not let the customers going up and down the building seeking assistance. So this is a big weakness of the hotel and I hope this would be rectified in my next stay there.

Review 39：It is better if the hotel install exhaust fan, since it has no aircon, also bedroom floor is not clean, bed is too soft, better use firmer bed, it is better if the hotel work together with some taxi driver to provide paid shuttle service, i had bad experience with the taxi driver, because there is no fixed rate, we have to argued with the driver, wifi is not working
