Review 1：Bathroom and Bedroom needed upgrade Hairdryer was rubbish Air Con didn't seem to work properly Paid extra for Suite and expected it to be better Breakfast wasn't good tinned fruit and drinks were always cold no hot selection other than eggs offered! While there we celebrated my husbands birthday I had asked if we could have bottle of bubbly and cake and got neither!!

Review 9：Great view from the balcony of a spacious, clean and comfortable room with a fridge that we found very useful for our own food/drink. Tremendous swimming pool and reclining area. Free Wi-Fi all the time. Staff very helpful and courteous, and especially after I accidentally dropped a bottle of wine smashing the toilet bowl. It was replaced the following day without any fuss and with nothing more said, and much to our surprise and delight nothing was charged! Excellent service!! As was that provided by the ever cheerful shuttle bus driver who brought a smile to everyone's face whatever the weather or time of day - a truly exceptional employee. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Review 12：The food specifically the breakfasts were poor in choice and not matching the hotel quality - it was only on our second day that we found out that cooked breakfasts were available and even then it was almost like "getting blood out of a stone" to order a cooked breakfast. Water for the tea was always warm and not near-boiling and so we never got a proper 'cuppa'!

Review 18：Meal times are restrictive and it is not easy to get food outside these times but there is a good restaurant 100 yards down the hill. The bad was a bit firm but that is just typical. Driving along Amalfi Drive is scary!

Review 19：We had the best balcony with fantastic views. The area is fantastic with so many places to visit. The hotel sells boat trips etc. at reasonable prices. The Sky TV box meant you could set programs and films back into English.

Review 20：The WiFi Was down for 2 or 3 days. I can understand it being down for 24 hours but not any longer than that. (they said it would not be working for 3 days...) The restaurant for dinner was not great. The menu was limited and the food was not good. If I were to go back to Sorrento I would stay in town because the shuttle is a hassle, and I loved the town and shops. No hot tub at the hotel even though it looked like it had one.

Review 21：The view was wonderful from the roof top area. The shuttle driver was funny. I enjoyed the free breakfast. The pool area was nice and the pool bar made good sandwiches. The front desk girl was helpful and got us set up for a boat ride to Positono and Almafi. It was worth the $45 Euro.

Review 36：The hotel runs a shuttle bus service from City Center to its location and vice versa - as it is a bit outside of Sorrento with no sidewalk leading to it. The last bus is at 23.15 so you can't stay longer in Sorrento for the night. We were staying before in a different hotel which was on the route of this shuttle bus. I have contacted the hotel asking if it is possible that the bus stops there to pick us up. They never responded to my email! When arriving on the Hotel (we went on foot and had to walk with our luggage on narrow roads...) the receptionist first didn't notice us and later asked us how we arrived. I pointed out that we walked and that I sent an email asking about the bus whcih was never answered. Not a single word of apology and this was brushed off with a statement "at least you are now here". The room has only 3 sockets - and none close to the bed. There was a red stain on the curtain (blood? pasta sauce?) , dust on the lamps, the tap in the bathroom was rusty and the shower head had as well rust and lime stone on it. Breakfast choices are very limited and very repetitive. Almost no fresh fruits for example.... This hotel had seen for sure better times. Have handed it one morning the room keys - back in the evening they managed to lose them and they created new ones. When checking out on Saturday they didn't bother to ask if everything was OK. Took Saturday then the shuttle bus to Sorrento - the bus driver was slamming our luaggage into the boot of the bus and complaining in Italian to another hotel employee why the travellers have so many luggages with them.

Review 38：The staff's behaviour. If your driving make sure you don't take any narrow roads to the property. I scratched my car on all sides as I got stuck in a narrow path the GPS miss guided us.

The large size of the swimming pool was very nice both for leisure and swimming lengths. The coach driver from the hotel down to Sorrento who was called Mauritzio was always so friendly and smiley.

Review 63：Breakfast needed improvement- only found I could order omelette at end of trip. Still missing a toaster and fresh bread and someone needs to teach them how to make normal scrambled eggs that are not runny and cold. Staff were excellent EXCEPT front desk MEN were rude, short and went out of their way to try to help me with nothing and make me feel like I dhoukdnt have asked them for somthing. If I wasn't so tired one day I would have let the one guy have it in front of everyone.

Staff is really unfriendly at the reception (and at the bar), when we checked out they didn't even talk to us and let us pay and leave without looking at us at all. They only talked to each other about an issue with the bus. The quality of the food during lunch is also bad, pizza are full of fat and a big shame for Italy :-( Housekeeping walked into the room (even though we did 'close' it with some kind of button) without knocking and I just came out of the shower without any clothes.

Review 101：The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was as previously reported by others as lack of choice, and no fresh fruit - it was all tinned. Only hot food was eggs - no toast other than cold hard bread. Overall disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The shuttle bus was useful but very restrictive as to queuing at night to get back to the hotel - causing stress as to whether you would get on the coach and whether it would come back in three quarters of an hour later. The shuttle stops during the afternoon and recommences at 4pm and runs every 45 minutes. The last coach is at 11.15pm and its useful to know the taxi ride back to the hotel costs 15 euros. You can walk but there are no pavements on a tarmac road which is not lit - not ideal.

Review 142：The location is fantastic, and provides a great view of the beautiful Bay of Naples. The hotel is luxurious, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The guest bus is very welcome for the trip to Sorrento and back.
