Review 1：Note, that there is no air conditioning and you should not forget to tell when you arrive because there is no receptionist
Review 2：Kitchen is free for use, so you can make you a tea or put your water in the fridge.
Review 3：The only thing that the owners might improve, is their knowledge of the English language.
Review 4：Outside the hotel was plenty of room to park our car. The hotel was surounded by large fields filled with sunflowers and you won't see much traffic on the road. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and willing to help. The room was large enough for the two of us and everything was super clean!!! The bed was nice and sturdy. The bedroom window had a screen door, so we were able to leave the window open during the night. The bathroom was also very clean. There was a toilet, a bidet, a sink and a shower with nice hot water. This hotel is very small and therefor ideal for people who seek rest.
Review 5：No English spoken- but overcome. Sat nav didn't find the right place- quite tricky in Italy, addresses not very accurate! Not properties fault.
Review 6：Very rural but close to nearby beach resorts- Numana. Although no English spoken, owner was very friendly & made us very welcome. Best breakfast of 3 properties we stayed at. Usually lots of packets of poor quality products. Home made items here, which was a.refreshing change. :)

Review 10：Mauro and Morena are simply delightful people who made our stay at their brand new, impeccable B&B a true pleasure! Morena made for us a delicious cake which was served at the breakfast buffet together with other wonderful choices. A winner through and through !
