Review 1：Did not realise there is was no AC in the room so had to leave the windows open, and it was so noisy & there was a such a bright signage opposite our hotel room. Avoid room 17150.

Review 3：They gave us a twin bed inwhich me and my husbabd each slept on a seperated bed where we were on a honey moon

Review 5：Reception staffs are not friendly. No choices for breakfast. All things in genting are expensive. Not much place to see. Cable car was close. Outdoor theme park was under renovation.

Review 8：Carpet smell at the corridor. Cheap 3-in-1 shower foam, shampoo and conditioner. No double bed reserved for us as requested in my booking. Given only 30mins extension when we requested for late check out. Room key was deactivated when we went back to the room during the extension time. No smiles on counter staff's faces. Not worth the RM400+ per night I paid for.

Review 10：Booked for a double bed with view but given us a room with 2 singles, went back to lobby to inform staff and she wasn't helpful at all (was reluctant to admit they got the booking wrong). Finally got a room with a double bed but it was at the end of the corridor and facing construction work. Overall still a good experience due to location of hotel.
