Review 1：- Reception area stinks as the exhaust fans of adjacent restaurants face GoHotels. - Internet connection was not working on Day 1 - I was asked to pay in cash when their credit card machine was not working - You have to pay to use their iron / ironing board. (6€ for 3 hours) - You have to pay for a hair dryer (6€ for 3 hours) - Toiletries cost 2€.

Review 3：A little noisy sometimes but that's not the hotel's fault its loud inconsiderate Filipino customers. May I suggest reminder notices on each floor about being quiet in corridors and consideration of other guests.

Review 4：Superb location next to restaurant mall and starbucks KFC and Pizza Hut. Taxi rank just outside.

Review 5：The bathroom needs to be checked. If you take a shower even if you close the glass door the water still goes to the other side of the bathroom .

Review 7：Location in a non touristic area. No wifi connection in the room. No breakfast available before 07.00-07.30. Noise from other guests. Everyday I left my room about 8 a.m. and I was back around 5 p.m. Nobody cleaned my room during this time and during my 4 nights stay, even with the cleaning request hanged on the door.

Review 12：MUST-HAVE's are BIDET, CARPET, CABINET & CONSOLE TABLES even for a budget hotel room. Get rid of the folding side table, for safety. The room is still big enough for those proposals.

Review 14：Water in the toilet bowl was not clear during the first day. But on the 2nd day, it gradually became clear. I suppose, it's due to the slow frequency of the room's occupants.

Review 15：The hotel's proximity to major thoroughfares is an advantage for us who preferred a Do-it-yourself (DIY) kind of vacation. Since the hotel is situated in the city, accessibility to transportation is not a problem. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a cozy ambiance. We availed of a two-bed room, but the room's size can accommodate a maximum of 4 pax (we were just three though) Request for additional sleeping paraphernalia was also immediately provided. All the hotel staff were very accommodating. When we asked for commute directions, they respond with much "gusto" and considers the most convenient route.

Review 16：The room was well lighted, good smell, clean and the bed has 2 comfortable pillows. Walls have terrific design! Wifi has a strong signal. Keep it up!

Review 17：Slow wi-fi connection in rooms. Mobile data cannot be used effectively as well (even if you have mobile plan) inside the room. Towels do not look clean (off white already).

I asked the front desk if I can change my booking from queen bed to two single beds and she agree saying that since it is my first time in the hotel as a consideration and won't be possible next time whereas in hotels in UAE they are more than willing to please their constumers and you will never hear those words. Anyway the manager came and heard what she said and the arrangement but the manager contradicted and turned down my request. The front office lady said that as per her manager they can't accommodate my request since their rooms are expected to be booked and high occupancy which I find untrue due to the bad weather and its not a peak season. customer Service is very bad. Moreover they have an early check out time which was 11am. It is my first time seeing this from any hotel I've come across. Basic/bare minimum room amenities.

I got my toiletries from the nearby convenience since I arrived at nighttime already; I bet you could save more from the department store inside. I don't mind the lack of toiletries since the rates are so low. Cable TV had ample selections.

Review 58：Wi fi at the 4th floor was non existent. Nobody went back to us to check if it's already working. Also I was so disheartened after learning from our cab driver going to the airport that one security guy asked php 50 from him. This was after your guy was kind enough to help us get a cab. You need to remind your staff about this. This does not look good especially to your hotel.

Review 60：I arrived early in Iloilo around 10 AM, went to the hotel to check in only for my dismay because the staff told me that the, rooms are not yet available. I was advised to return by 12 noon, some guests have already checked out early at 11AM. However, the front desk officer told me the rooms are not yet available. Why should they approved my booking when the room reserved for me is not available by the time I needed to occupy so I can rest from long travel?

Shower door cannot close and they were quick on the charges. I made reservations for 3 but they said they only have 2 twin beds or 1 queen. Towels provided were only for 2 and they charge you extta even though you booked for 3.

Review 68：Rooms tend to be on the small side. The cleaning staff constantly failed to do their job properly. Despite informing the staff several times, the toilet reeked of urine even after cleaning. I completed the hotel's questionnaire and asked them to get back to me re the issues I raised; they failed to do so.

They will not take our luggage since it is not yet check in time. You have to pay extra if you leave your luggage if the room is not yet available. Internet is hard to connect. For a price 2/3 cheaper than 3- or 4-star hotels, I got a cool, well-designed room with a comfy bed, an LCD TV and a spacious bathroom. There's fast wifi as well. It's very near Iznart Street in case you want to experience Iloilo like the locals.
