Review 1：When I arrived I was told by the desk clerk that they couldn't find my reservation. I had my booking.com confirmation loaded on my tablet and showed it to them. They then wanted to see the confirming email, which I also had. I was asked to forward it to the hotel manager, which I did, and then everything was okay. Minor hassle, but who needs a hassle? I did note that my booking.com price was about two thirds the price of a room "special" that they had on a sign at the desk. Other than this, everything was fine.
Review 2：The hotel was clean and quiet. Parking was great, especially since I was driving a full size Bronco. If you like being in the center of a major metropolitan city then this place will work great for you. I only stayed one night so I can't speak to the services, including the restaurant.
Review 3：AC was included but there was no thermostat only on off switch so i couldnt control the AC.
