Review 3：I asked for Hotel Genting Highlands! You gave me 'Your Hotel'Genting Highland!!!! I could have got Awana Resort for $144 nett (2Queen Bed suite) + 2 breakfast!! W swimming pool etc. Paid rm380 cashfor 2 rooms on different floors. No Lift ! @ Your Hotel. Breakfast was amiserable cup of 3-in-1 coffee n a slice of bread w kaya or 1 piece ofpastry starting at 8.45am!

Review 7：I book a family deluxe room heading main road.on de night time till midnight I could hear all de noisy car sound n a gang of motocycle keep laughing n yealing outside of my room.the bed n pillow was so uncomfortable.i won't stay there again.

Review 8：1. No lift to the rooms and no phone in the room. So if u need anything, need to walk down to the ground floor to ask the reception counter. 2. The door is somehow rather not sound proof and u can hear every single thing from in and out. Even if ppl whisper. 3. Given free gift for pastry but can't choose the pastry. And the given one is so horrible. Had to throw it away. 4. Everything is cash!! Come on it's 2015.

Review 11：Hotel is convinience if you don't mind to walk a bit to the gondola station. Hotel area around has good food stalls and shops. Got to try the baked sweet potato around that area.

Review 14：Genting highlands hotel actually is not located on Genting. It is located half way. It was so inconvenient for us. Its name is misleading. I think that they should change the name so people will not experience all the troubles we did. They also only take cash which is inconvenient as well

The caterer owner cannot even understand what I try to ask when try to redeem the food. Can have a better add-on service on that.
