Review 1：I just don't like the noise during night time
Review 2：Very good place,nice and approachable staff. The ambiance is very good. Very easy to locate the place.

Review 5：The noise coming from the bar cant make us sleep..also the people coming and going in the hallway are noisy..we can clearly hear everything from the outside..the staff told me that they will transfer us to another room the next day but they didnt..and the moment we came there the flush of the toilet is not working.they didnt check it first before we took the room.the supplies they provided is good for one person only which is not enough for me and my partner that i have to ask them to add for it.

Review 9：Towels were not clean and toilet bowl water looked grey/blackish. New wifi voucher required everyday. The Mo2 bar and Ice club filled with creeps on a Friday night.
Review 10：Service was excellent - rang reception as the kettle was not working then 30seconds later a working one was delivered. Pool looked great to swim in - too bad our time was limited so didn't get a chance to try it. Location excellent to the mall SM and to the nightlife of Iloilo.
Review 11：I arrived a bit early, im so tired and i dont mind paying extra for an early checkin instead the receptionists are so unwelcoming suppose they should ask whether i wanted to check in early but instead ask me to wait upto 1400H, I sat in their hot sofa. The lobby aircon is down, horrible. Toilet bowl doesn't have a watertap next to it. The Hotel don't serve Halal foods.

Review 15：There was only two things that I thought could have been fixed. There were at times issues with the hit water in the shower. Sometimes there was no hot water at all. I would turn the hot water all the way on and only cold came out. Also there was a leak in my room near the cupboard area near where the coathangers and safe was which led into the bathroom. I had one of my bags near there which got a bit wet. My room was C4 (Challet 4) near the pool. Apart from that everything was great. I loved the room as well. If I went back it would be to stay in one of the upstairs Challet rooms
Review 16：The staff were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful with everything. I never had to open a door or carry my luggage. In my opinion this is the best holiday I have ever been on. I would definitely come here again.
Review 17：The receptionists are not very helpful nor patient. They told us that what they are giving out is the pool access pass but they gave us wifi passwords instead. Then they argued with us about it saying that it was right but the pool attendant showed us the right kind of slip. Also, customer service seems to be not part of their training.

Review 19：Not too many choices in the breakfast menu especially for vegetarians. The room given to me was a bit noisy from the bar next door. Soundproofing would be useful.
Review 20：We chose the hotel because of the location but if we had a choice, we would rather stay in other nearby hotels where the front desk staff are friendlier and provide service with a smile. The other staff members are friendlier and greet us when they see us. Rooms and public areas are clean and neat.

Review 25：They lost our reservation, so we had to wait more then 30 min for them to figure it out. Even tho i had my confirmation printout with me. The wifi didn't really work because the signal was very weak in our room. The only polite staff were the people opening the doors and waiting tables. The next time I'm in iloilo i will stay somewhere else.
Review 26：Just be careful. The water coming out from the bowl is yellowish even after flushing.. Therefore we doubted too the water coming out from the faucet so we used mineral for brushing our teeth.
Review 27：My brother and I were back and forth to Guimaras. Therefore we got too tired to eat in restaurants. We ordered food twice. The wifi and service were fast. Food tastes good.

Review 33：The location, the great price of the rooms, the great El Dorado pool and of course all of the staff. Every staff member I encountered was a pleasant experience... from reception to the door guys to the pool guys! I was made to feel very welcome.

Music and very strong bass was heard more or less the whole night. Poor breakfast and variety, no fresh fruits included, only one cup of coffee, everything was charged extra

Review 36：Front desk officer called us at 10pm to get the P50 fee for the floatr that my neice used at the pool. Almost everyone was sleeping and all of a sudden, the phone rang. When I said to put it on the tab, she jsutreplied with 'okay' then hang up. FO was curling her hair and texting when we checked in. Tv remote wasn't working.

Review 39：There is a bar within the hotel complex which has a live band til 3 each morning. In our case the hotel also had a function on and the noise went on until about 4 a.m. - fine if you like that sort of thing, not so good if you want to sleep! There is a pool, but it is not part of the hotel (although as a quest you get a voucher to use it for free) but filled with screaming kids.

Review 76：The noisy room, a band from the bar across playing loud music all night. Staff was supposed to warn us but did not, despite my request from your site for a quiet room. Also, staff put us in a room with one queen bed but we requested for a twin bed. Later, we were not allowed to move bec we already used the bathroom. I found out later when I complained to the manager that this wasn't true, that we could still move esp it's they're fault they didn't pay attention to our request. Such a disappointment!
